If I could give this place six stars I would. Without a doubt, One of the best bakeries I've ever been to and absolutely on Long Island for sure. I was looking for a bakery that has some unique type of baked goods. The French croissant bagels (in about four different varieties) are outstanding as are all the Danish, the cookies, the pies, the cakes, the breads. There's nothing that is not excellent at this bakery. The Napoleon is miles high with creme and berries! Cookies are soft and flavorful. There are a few cute little seats at the counter inside and maybe one or two tables out front. It is on Wall Street in Huntington in a quieter part of town. The person who helped us was very knowledgeable and they got everything promptly for us. They were refilling all the pastry shelves as we were there. They seemed to bake everything quite consistently and have it all available. Drip coffee and espresso shots are available. Great cappuccinos! I'm sure they do a wonderful business here!

If you haven't tried the Quiche yet...Hurry! WOW! Great Place. We now get one at least once a week! Love their products! Oh man...leek onion and Swiss.......we ate the whole thing! We love this place! Update: My wife volunteers for the Visiting Nurse Service. Fiorello Dolce made a wonderful donation of their baked goods as well as treating my wife like gold when she picked them up. Businesses such as these are the types of places we in the community need to patronize. Always nice and their products are fantastic! A big thank you and all the very best!

Owner was repeatedly nasty, critical, and hostile to his employees in front of me on several occasions. He was rude to me when I stuck up for his employee. Owner created unnecessary drama. I will never give them another dime. The food was great but I don’t like to patronize a business that is condescending and borderline abusive towards its employees.
Unfortunately I went in asking if there was any vegan options, but there was none. Strange look that I received from the staff for requesting vegan food, which is popular everywhere now! I can take a no, but be professional and friendly about it.

First time there. Got the apricot croissant. It was visually appealing, the apricots were large and perfectly colored. The croissant was buttery and crispy. Apricot was naturally sweet tasting and paired well with the butter. Delicious, I will be back soon.
