I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hatch for brunch and had an outstanding experience. The check-in process was seamless, allowing guests to check in via their phones and receive a notification when their table is ready, an incredibly convenient feature.
I began with a Peanut Butter Latte, which was absolutely delightful. For my main course, I ordered the Eggs Benedict, which was well-seasoned and expertly prepared. However, the highlight of the meal was the Cinnamon Toast Crunch French Toast we ordered to share, simply perfection. I highly recommend Hatch for a fantastic brunch experience.

We’ve been fans of Hatch for a very long time (especially the pancake flight!). Recently, my husband and I have loved coming to sit at the bar, especially when Gabby is working - total game changer from waiting for a table! The personalized (and quick) service is so worthwhile and the bartenders are very helpful if you’d like to pick a beverage that suits your mood!

Food was great! We ordered the Holy Moly French Toast (which was amazing) and the corned beef hash platter, meat was cooked a little different than what we are used to but it was also very good. Our waitress Alison was attentive and kind. The environment is very cute and modern. They also play fun music :)

Cute interior, love the theme. Waitress was super friendly and attentive but never made me feel rushed. Ordered the Monteray Eggs Benny and it was delicious. Eggs poached perfectly, bacon crispy, my only complaint is the avocado could have been directly seasoned. Bread was soft and yummy, plenty of hollandaise! I also ordered the single blueberry pancake and wow! The toppings and cream were amazing and refreshing. Whole blueberries. Warm and fluffy pancakes. Portions so big i had to take everything home lol. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for amazing eggs Benedicts!

The food was excellent and the service was great. Sierra was our waitress and she was so lovely! Def recommend this place. Oh and the eggs Benedict were incredible!
