Not very impressed. We showed up and were told we had a 20 minute late.. over an hour later we were finally told that our table was ready. The host was friendly. We sat down and ordered our drinks which all came out looking very appealing and we had no complaints. Our food came out. Two of the people in our party ordered some variation of a Benedict from the menu and received over poached eggs that were not runny at all, not in the least bit. When the busboy dropped our food we asked for some condiments which were never brought to us until we asked the waitress about 5+ minutes later. When we finished, we asked the bus girl for a box, she said sure and several minutes later we see her sitting at the bar chatting with her coworkers. She walked past us I said excuse me to try and get her attention, she made eye contact with me so I said it again and she just kept walking. Once again, we didn’t get what we asked for until we asked the waitress. All in all the place was cute, the host and waitress were friendly enough, but the food was diner quality and definitely not worth an hour wait.

Would not recommend Hatch on the weekends!The help is nasty !Was told 3 times we were next to seat.3 parties later we got our seat.The food was lack luster with them bringing it out not all together. We waited for our coffee and juices that came well after our food arrived.Waitress forgot the eggs and bacon we ordered,so again we waited!Be here during the week and we loved itGo somewhere else on weekends at least you will enjoy you brunch

This is the second time I've ordered breakfast from their restaurant through DoorDash, and it’s also the second time they’ve messed up my order of the 'French Toast Straight Up'. Both times they forgot to include the cinnamon butter and maple syrup it comes with. I received a container of dry, egg battered bread with nothing more. Meal was ruined. First time I didn’t complain because it seemed like a mistake, but today I took it up with DoorDash since they are the 3rd party vendor and they gave me a small $4 credit. My issue is, when I called Hatch just to let them know, they were extremely rude and told me “That’s a DoorDash issue”. When I pointed out that their restaurant has forgotten this twice, therefor it’s really a Hatch issue, the person’s tone was aggressive and disrespectful. Not even an apology for ruining the meal they prepared for DoorDash to deliver. If a breakfast place can’t remember to include the cinnamon butter, and maple syrup they advertise a meal comes with, isn’t that on them (especially if they’ve done it twice now? ). I will NEVER oder from Hatch again because of this interaction. I get it, mistakes happen, but be nice about it and at least treat your customers nicely. Plus the rest of the food we ordered was meh, so there’s that. Thankfully there’s no shortage of amazing restaurants in the area.

Good food but don’t make the mistake of sitting at the bar. The noise level is unbearable. Seems like the bartender makes as much noise as humanly possible for no reason other than attention. Don’t enjoy my meal. :(

I’ve been wanting to try this place, we didn’t get a seat at the table but we got seats at the bar which was the same and quick. The food came out quick.
