The food was fantastic but it's not enough to say that the service was impeccable. This was the very best service I have ever experienced in my entire life. Our waiter Rich and his other staff members went above and beyond what I would normally expect which made our night truly exceptional.

The Filet Mignon and NY Strip were excellent and cooked perfectly. Sides of Baked Potato and Roasted Brussel Sprouts were also very good. We finished with the chocolate cake with was ecellent. Overall it was a great dining experience and we plan on coming back soon to sample other items on the menu.

Have been to IMC and thoroughly enjoyed it. This time not so much. So very dark inside. Had to use cell phone to see menu. My porterhouse steak was chewy. We were a party of eight and I think everyone enjoyed their meal, except me.

Our server, Maddie, was outstanding. She explained the menu options, the wine pairing options and made recommendations. My shell steak was cooked perfectly but a little tough. My husband's lamb was excellent. The Sunday prix fix was a pleasant surprise. Would go back for that alone!

As usual, IMC doesn't disappoint. We did the surf and turf special, and were pleasantly impressed with two excellent sized lobster tails and a platter of steak cooked perfectly. The sides were delicious as well, traditional mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. My dirty martini was made perfectly as well. Thank you IMC, your consistency means that we will keep coming back!!

What a lovely restaurant! We were there early for brunch, so it was very quiet. Decor is beautiful. Tons of menu choices for brunch, and prices were good. Our server was a doll. Overall, a great experience, especially the "on the house" gelato and candle for my brother-n-law's 75.

We had such a wonderful experience here! We were promptly seated and the wait staff was extremely attentive and accommodating the entire time. The food was delicious—maybe a tad on the salty side, but honestly, I don't mind that when I'm out. We started with the Thai calamari and a wedge salad, which they very kindly split for us. For our main, we ordered the skirt steak (also split for us without even asking), plus brussels sprouts and truffle fries. Everything was excellent—the sauce that came with the steak was absolutely delicious. We were celebrating our anniversary (which I may had mentioned in my OpenTable reservation???), and the restaurant went above and beyond. They surprised us with a plate of two gelatos, two sorbets, and two champagne glasses, all complimentary, complete with a sparkler. It was such a beautiful and thoughtful touch, and really made the night feel special. We also enjoyed two specialty cocktails and three glasses of wine. The bill was very fair for the amount and quality of food and drink we had. We left absolutely stuffed, happy, and so impressed. Perfect evening from start to finish!
IMC was Absolutely delicious from start to finish place was set up in a nice vibe dining room with plenty of space between tables service was there when needed and very pleasant about it. Prices were very reasonable and still all the food was on a high level so it all came together to be a wonderful Saturday night dining at IMC Restaurant & Bar in Huntington

Made a 5:00 reservation for dinner 4 days prior to dining. Arrived on time snd were seated - immediately felt like we were being rushed by waitstaff. We were approached by manager at 6:30 as we were finishing dessert that we would need to vacate our table as they had another party waiting to be seated. Manager claimed that we were informed prior to being seated that we need to be done by 6:00. We told him we had not been told anything of the sort when seated and he said there must've been a miscommunication. The restaurant was not full at this point and the manager was very rude and dismissive. Very disappointed as we had here many times previously. Very poor customer relations
