First time dining here for my birthday! I have been wanting to come for a while and they did not disappoint! Ambiance excellent! Service superb! Food outstanding! Carlos was our waiter and he was excellent! Paid attention to every detail and made my birthday special! The mojito was one of the best I've had as well. I will most definitely go there again and tell everyone to go! Thanks again!

The Sunday Pre-fixe menu is exceptional value. The strip steak was tender and perfectly cooked. Portion was large enough that the leftovers will be today's lunch. The salmon and shrimp risotto entrees were ample and well prepared. I'd suggest asking for dressing on wedge salad to be served on the side as I found the salad a bit over-dressed and soggy. The watermelon arugula is a better choice. Exceptional, attentive service.
Everything about this meal was outstanding. Initially I asked what kinds of red wines they had and they offered a taste each of a Cabernet and a Malbec. I selected 1 Malbec and they gave us a second gratis for my wife. The $50 40 ounce on the bone porterhouse was fantastic An order of mushrooms was great. We couldn't understand why the baked potato was as good as it was with nothing on it. We will be back with friends for the different Monday special.

From the moment we walked into IMC we were greeted by lovely hostesses , shown to our table and were even given a choice of where we would be most comfortable. Our server Michaela was perfect! Very knowledgeable about the menu, the specials and options. Kind, patient and a sense of humor. The food was amazing. Surf and turf special cooked to our liking. Absolute perfection! I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. And as we were leaving our server from last time recognized us and said hello. Great team! Our compliments to the chef!!

We went before the ABC/Howard Jones concert at the Paramount. We were running late due to traffic and we had one hour. The staff understood, brought all the food out right away and allowed us to enjoy the meal without rushing. They even accommodated us by cutting the Wagyu Hanger steak in half, cooking it both medium rare (the RIGHT way) and well done (ugh). Steak was an experience. So tender and flavorful! Delicious.

The food is quite good and the meat very tender and tasty. My only issue is that the food is very salty. I have noticed this each time we go to IMC. Good quality meat but too much sodium. Excellent service and friendly staff.

Was extremely noisy when we arrived due to people at the bar. Thankfully they were able to seat us further back. Food was excellent We loved the maple glazed bacon but mushrooms could have used some more flavor. Great night out.

Just came home from an amazing Night at IMC with my fiancée and family. From the time I made the reservation with Jade to us entering the restaurant, meeting the manager, being seated and being served…It’s been nothing but an absolute delight a refreshing pleasure. I have not been to a place in a long while that is so accommodating. Jade gave us a beautiful booth to celebrate my fiancé’s birthday. She’s a keeper! The restaurant is stunning NYC like decor with positive and upbeat vibes! Not too loud at all. I live in Huntington and somehow missed out on this place a few times. Some reviews I saw knock the manager as rude..But from Caesar the manager all I got was pleasantry, smiles and excellent service.. he runs the restaurant like a champ. Our server Adriel was superb like a friend or a cousin serving you…he didn’t miss a trick and was giving suggestions and always made sure we were happy. Now the food is the bomb Wednesday and Thursday night They do a $50 for two, porterhouse steak all sliced up (see picture) absolutely delicious melts in your mouth. That’s $25 a person can’t beat that deal! Other nights it is $110. My fiancé had a filet mignon 10 oz and it was very good. Big menu here.. all reasonable pricing esp for the area..(more than fair)May I recommend medium rare plus on the porterhouse for 2, it was divine. The watermelon martini was out of this world! ??We had a side of lobster mac & cheese with truffle so gooey and delicious and I have to tell you the slab of bacon, which is like a pork belly melts in your mouth, I almost devoured it myself..a must try! We will be back as everyone here is friendly, upbeat and the atmosphere is beautiful. They were so sweet they came over with a fire sparkler and sang for my fiancé’s birthday (thank you) and a variety of on the house sherbet/gelato. Don’t base your visit on BS reviews, miserable people and isolated incidents..Go and find out for yourself like I did You will be pleasantly surprised. Excellent meal. Menu is excellent. Servings are huge. You can easily split some of the entrees. For instance, the Wagu skirt steak easily feeds two people if you order some sides and apps. We had the chili shrimp and an order of oysters to open. Then the Wagu skirt steak and a porterhouse for two. Creamed spinach and lobster mac n cheese on the side. Generous serving of bread was brought out quickly. We stuck with the house wines by the glass, and they were very good. Wine selection and price points are exactly what you'd expect in a good steak house. The menu was varied and offered something for most diners. Our waiter, the servers, and the manager were all helpful, attentive, pleasant, and professional. Presentation was excellent, the timing was neither rushed nor slow, and the espresso came out with the dessert (as opposed to 5 minutes before or after which I find annoying).
