Jalapeno shack food and service is above and beyond! This restaurant is my offices go to lunch and catering spot. They catering orders are always perfect and delicious. I have catered from them from everything from a simple office lunch, to birthday parties to holiday parties. They have never disappointed!

Very bland food for too much $$. They threw in some nachos for free but the queso they included was the most flavorless thing I have ever tasted. There are plenty of other places out there more deserving of your business.
Terrible prices, I complained once when I ended up paying $17 for a bowl. A month later he dropped price by $1. Today I came in after months bc I was starving and saw 10.99 lunch special. The owner put 1/4 of the bowl with rice and even less of the other ingredients. (And I thought chipotle portions were bad this was even worse). His prices and portions will make me start eating haram 😭😭 wanted lunch walked out with a snack.

Food is not worth the price. Owner thought he was doing the world a favor by offering a $10.99 “lunch special” due to “customer complaints” yet there’s nothing special about an overpriced bowl that’s enough to satisfy a toddler. The lunch special includes just the entree, no drink, no side. I used to be an active customer but noticed the steady decline in portions & service while an uprising increase in prices (contrary to his price reduction).
I went today, the owner gave me a bowl that was 1/4 full and looked so proud while putting 2 tablespoons of rice and 3.5 pieces of chicken, yet still looked ambitiously at me as he asked for a tip. I don’t recommend going here unless you wanna waste your money and be nauseous afterward.Guac Time is an infinitely better alternative and is worth the extra 15 minute drive.
