Unfortunately, I had a bad experience at Kickin Chicken. I went in on a Tuesday to get their chicken and waffles and found "fuzzy" fibers cooked into my waffle. I went back and showed the cashier and was told "that's how the waffles are made". I asked for something different but the cashier and cook insisted on making me a new order. After receiving my new order, it blew my mind that now there was hair fried into my chicken tender. I came back for the second time, and instead of just simply apologizing for the mishap, they became defensive and kept saying "we keep our hair pulled back" and made it seem as if I was inconveniencing them. I left my number to speak with a manager and never got a call back. Sucks because I actually liked eating there before this.

Went for lunch and was really disappointed. Wings were really small, food was cold and drinks were warm. We were frequent customers of the Smithtown location and loved it. We were in the area and thought ohhh we miss this place in Smithtown let's go! We won't be back. This bathroom was also out of order which was really inconvenient.

Finally a place where the spiciest level is actually spicy. Food overall is simple and delicious. Waffles and tenders was our favorite. Spicy tenders were on point. Fries when re-toasted at home were good (otherwise get soggy) and comes with a cheese sauce. Mac-n-cheese was no good and shake (Coal miners daughter) was watery.Location is on a busy Huntington road and if you get curbside pick up, they will bring it out to your car. Just be ready for some cars honking at you for double parking. Also double check your order. The shake was missing in mine.

Shockingly bad. these people should be ashamed for taking money for this quality of food. straight in the garbage, never again.sauces are all awful.portions are minuscule.chicken is wildly over salted.blue cheese has consistency of yoohoo.so bad i laid everything out and took pictures to contest with my credit card company.$9 of fried pickles was 10 tiny slices with blue cheese water, they forgot whatever horrid sauce this probably comes with.$7 of tater tots was 12(!) tots. that’s 58 cents a tot, less than 2 tots for a dollar.chicken tenders are awful.i guarantee you will be wildly disappointed. life is short, never, ever, order from here.

Just tried this place last night for the first time place is a 10 out of 10 food was amazing just up my alley and everything was just how I ordered it. Chicken was soft and crispy and everything was perfect definitely
Nothing ever deserves a 5 star but this was at least a 4 star, food was excellent. Had the OG sandwich with grilled chicken, was excellent. The tenders were also very good!

The chicken is good but the ordering experience was honestly so painful and torturous that I'd probably recommend just skipping this one unless you're absolutely dying for fried chicken in a sea of great eateries in Huntington. The guy taking my order seemed like he was trying his absolute hardest to confuse me and himself and get the order wrong, offered an upsell on a combo, I agreed to it, he said they didn't have a combo for that menu item??? In the end I ended up getting the wrong spice level on my chicken so I wasn't able to eat it because I don't like super spicy food and wasn't going to wait another 10-15 minutes for them to remake my order (the food is fresh). I tried a friends chicken and it really was very good, unfortunately the service just taints the place.Also very tiny shop so plan on taking your food to go if it's busy at all. Not a huge deal just something to consider.

I should've turned around on Sunday/today when there were very few customers in the store. The store is a spartan box with a counter & a few tables in the front. I ordered the OG chicken sandwich. It costs over $14. The sandwich was only fair & at the price, it was very expensive. I'd rather chic-fil-a!!!

Waited a long time for the food to come out. Not many other tickets cooking and only a few other people in the store so they weren’t busy.Got only half the order until I checked in the bag. Server snatched the bag held a hand up and said “my bad”.Neither the fries nor the chicken were hot and had to be heated before eating.The soda that I got with it was warm.
