I got take out from here 11/2. Worst ramen I ever had in my life. I got the number 2 and the pork belly tasted grainy and dry. They give you 2 very small pieces. The bamboo shoots were undercooked so I let them sit in the hot broth for a bit but it didn’t help. (i live about a 2 minute walk from there so the broth was still hot). Overall they gave so little of the ingredients. The worst part was the broth. It was so fishy it made me nauseous. I would never go again. I rated service and atmosphere well to be fair. The host that took our order was nice enough and we did think the honey comb eating arrangement was cool.

the food was so so, MB ramen of huntington is way better. The decor was interesting but the seating is very odd and uncomfortable. The table is too far from the seat and unmovable. And the back of seat is too far back so u have to sit straight up the whole time on some cushion that slides around. It's a very ridiculous design. The servers have to climb up and down stairs all night to get to the tables on different levels. it must be exhausting for them. And the menu is mismoshy and confusing to read and figure out. They use lots of words of food items that arent common. Maybe you should put a glossary on the bottom so we don't have to google on our phone or ask the server a million questions. i been working in restaurants for years and know alot about the business. Sorry I dont recommend this place overall and wont come back

~Food~ Food here is absolutely delicious, and I do reccomend the combo meal they offer (ramen, drink, dessert, and side). Most of the times I've been here, it's delicious and I have no issue. Food is flavorful and both the lemonade and thai tea are a 10/10. However, the reason I'm writing this is because I did get very sick on my last visit here earlier this week. It was my first meal, and about 30min after eating... I usually have no issue with the food here, and I order the same meal every time.
~Service~ Hit or miss. Usually it's great and the folks are very attentive to their customers. Other times, we'd have to press the button multiple times to get their attention to order or get a recipt.
~Atmosphere~ I love their hexogon booths. Nothing bad to say, it's cute and perfect for a photo. They also have hanging wooden charms made for wishes. I guess one critique is that sometimes the hexagon booth tables don't have enough space especially if you order the combo or appetizers. Otherwise, extremely cute.
I would really like to give this place a second shot, but my last visit here was a real letdown. Especially after I left with more than I bargained for :'(

Aside from the noodles being a bit undercooked, my experience at Kyuramen was great! The place had just opened this Sept and I was very impressed by the atmosphere and coziness that was felt upon walking in. The seating is so creative, comfortable and gives customers some privacy while they eat as well. The servers were all very friendly and the service was excellent. The food was great like i said beside the noodles being a bit undercooked, it was very savory and definitely hit the spot 👍🏼 this place is definitely going to be a hit in Huntington, NY!
