Hands down the best ramen spot on Long Island. They even have vegetarian broth and the servers and chef have incredible energy and get the ramen perfect every single time.

Delectable. And they are generous with the protein too. Tired of 20$ ramen with 2 round pieces of charshu pork ... MB Ramen gives like triple the amount of a normal place, and they even give you a full soy egg rather than just the half. The chicken kaarage was also plentiful and delicious as well.

i love this place!! every time i’ve eaten here i’ve never been disappointed. the staff is always so so friendly and the atmosphere is so cute. everytime i go in there i notice a new decoration: the shoyu ramen is my favorite because the pork broth is a bit thick. but still great!! the edamame is incredible, it’s my favorite edamame like anywhere. the eggs are some of my favorite ramen eggs anywhere. my only wish is that the restaurant was bigger so more people could fit in there!! 10/10, would reccomend to anyone.

First red flag, all the employees are speaking russian/spanish. We sat at the counter to witness the process in the kitchen. Long story short, if you like stubby hairy fingers touching your food while it’s being prepared, this is the place for you! When the ramen was presented to us, it looked good but it smelt like feet. The flavor was also not there at all, there are so many better places to get food at and you shouldn’t waste your time or money coming to this place to satisfy any cravings.

Can’t say anything about the ramen bc we didn’t try but we ordered the curry beef rice bowl and it was so bland. The rice was barely brown and I’m assuming that’s the curry. We asked for extra curry because it was bland a brown soup came. I def do not recommend the beef curry rice. Service was good just this one food wasn’t

A Pleasant Surprise at MB Ramen – Worth Stepping Out of My Comfort Zone!
I’ll admit it—I’m not usually an adventurous eater. But my 5yr old god daughter was craving noodles so MB Ramen it was. So glad we decided to take the plunge.
The atmosphere is chill and cool. The anime on the walls and video game in the corner make this a place you want to visit. Staff was incredibly kind and patient, happily answering my questions and even giving me recommendations based on my tastes. I’ll admit it took me some time to decide but when I did I wasn’t disappointed. We started with the icky sticky wings and the crispy chicken Bao buns. Both were fantastic. Main course the broth was rich and flavorful, the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the toppings balanced everything beautifully. Each bite was comforting, bold, and somehow familiar yet completely new.
I never thought I’d find myself craving ramen, but here I am, already planning my next visit. If you’re hesitant to step outside your food comfort zone, let MB Ramen be the place that changes your mind. You won’t regret it

I knocked off a star because I've ordered white rice here multiple times and every time it had myself been dry and nearly burnt. This alone means I'll probably do takeout from now on and have rice at home.
It's so easy to do white rice properly. And it really takes away from an otherwise excellent meal.
Wings and rice or chili and rice would make a really great simple combo, but ruined by bad rice.
