Beautiful, amazing atmosphere with a nice Japanese vibe and an amazing owner named Mr. Leo. He’s very kind and a very great man. He even knew all his employees names when we asked about them and you can tell he really creates a nice and beautiful environment at his restaurant. We really appreciate the kind service that we received on this beautiful night. He really brightened our day. Thank you mb ramen!!

When I went, the place was packed, but everyone's food was coming out timely and this is going on while filling out tons of delivery orders
Unlike chain ramen restaurant you can see the difference in quality of ingredients
Chashu made in house Is always better than remake and this place does not skimp on the portions

Love this place! The anime vibe is such a fun touch and really sets the atmosphere. I also love that they have a vegetarian ramen option, plus a wide variety of hot sauces to choose from. Everything we tried was absolutely amazing and full of flavor. The ginger lemonade was especially tasty and refreshing. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming—and it’s impressive that they speak three languages, which really adds to the great experience. Definitely a go-to spot for great ramen and good vibes. 🍜✨

I've lived in the Huntington area for 4 years now and MB Ramen has continued to be my go-to for ramen. They've adapted their menu over this time & added more vegetarian options, which is great.
I really appreciate the addition of more tofu focused items like the bao and capability to change out the pork / chicken in dishes for tofu. All of the food I've ever had here have come out hot, fresh & delicious, nothing I wouldn't quickly recommend or order again.
The staff is always welcoming & friendly and I always enjoy visiting, especially in the colder months.

I went to MB Ramen on January 12th. I will say the food upset my stomach, and the service wasn't great at all. The waiter and/ or the waitress took our order just seemed disinterested. It could have been a bad night, but in my opinion, I’d just go elsewhere.

The atmosphere of the place was cozy and cool, but that was about it. The service was not great. Went with my partner and two other tables sat down after us and our order was taken last. The staff had a cold attitude towards us. The food was subpar and lacking in flavor. Probably won't be coming here again. Any other ramen shop is better.

I was craving ramen and found MB Ramen on instagram after a quick search. My husband and I ordered the Chili Dumplings, Tan Tan Ramen, Kake Udon and all three dishes were incredible. Perfect spot for a cold winter day!

MB has been a favorite of mine for years, not only for the food (amazing btw, tan tan and bao buns all day long) but for the incredible staff ! From serving to takeout Cass, Joan, and Raf have become a huge part of the experience every time for me, truly the coolest, coziest, chill spot in Huntington especially now that it’s cold out, can’t recommend it enough !

I only stopped in for takeout but the tofu bao buns were so good I knew I had to leave a review. The tofu was baked/fried to a perfection I have never experienced before! The bao buns were somehow soft and firm and did not fall apart on me. The toppings were fresh and tasty. Finally the spicy mayo was better than I think I have ever had before. Everyone must try these bad buns! Also, even though I only stopped in for takeout I did take note of the decor which perfectly captured a downtown city vibe. I cannot wait to return for a longer stay and try more of their delicious menu items!
