I went to this McDonald’s earlier today and was given the worst customer service by a worker after I asked for a water. She looks at me and said “My god” in Spanish. After, she walked towards the cash register completely ignores me, without bringing me my water. My friend who accompanied me experienced the same attitude when she asked for a water by the same lady. This attitude was completely unnecessary. I waited 10 minutes to receive my water but never did, I asked a different worker and was denied a water because my two other friends received one. This staff behavior should be looked into. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this.

Terrible service, they made a mistake in my order and they didn't accept it, they gave me the wrong drinks and the wrong ticket and they didn't say anything, not even a cent. I don't recommend that place, very bad experience.

I loved everything but the black costume doesn't convince me as if it were a funeral and the customer service is terrible the people look angry and I ordered a coffee to my liking and they didn't deliver it as I requested.

The McDonald’s itself and the employees are amazing. Store is always clean employees are kind and attentive. This review is a warning DO NOT go to this McDonald’s after 3pm on a school day. It will be swarmed by disrespectful children who do not understand why their order is taking so long meanwhile 50 of them had just shown up. Screaming running around the store and being extremely rude creating chaos. Do not make the mistake I did. Any other time of the day this is the place to be. Where are the parents of these children? The behavior is out of this world. At least 50 school kids beware.
