it was filthy inside, the food was wrong, i asked and PAID for a large water and ended up with a medium, the staff was extremely rude and when i asked POLITELY to have my order correct, they fixed the burger but not my drink, don’t come here unless you want your order wrong, shitty food and a rude and filthy environment

Up until about a year ago I loved McDonald's for a late night snack or a travel meal.
Recently I have gotten 2 burgers that were so greasy I couldn't eat them. The first was a double cheeseburger I bought in Manhattan it oozed grease and didn't taste right. I figured it was just that franchise. Last week when I got home from a trip I tried again, I figured I would change my order, so I got a double ¼pounder w/cheese. Unfortunately I had the same problem.

Today, on October 13 (Columbus Day & Indigenous Peoples Day), I had one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in a long time — thanks to Gladys, the manager at this McDonald’s.
There had been a mix-up from a previous visit, but even without having the info on file, Gladys handled everything with grace, professionalism, and genuine care. She accommodated us during breakfast with two hotcake meals in place of our original order and even added bacon for my wife with a smile when she realized she’d forgotten to ask for it.
It may seem simple, but that small act of kindness completely turned our day around. My wife hadn’t wanted to come back after a few rough experiences, but Gladys made her feel valued and welcomed again.
As the owner of Elite Power Cleaning, a company that serves over 300 clients across Long Island, I understand how powerful exceptional service can be. Gladys represents what true leadership looks like — attentive, solution-focused, and heartfelt.

I went to this McDonald’s earlier today and was given the worst customer service by a worker after I asked for a water. She looks at me and said “My god” in Spanish. After, she walked towards the cash register completely ignores me, without bringing me my water. My friend who accompanied me experienced the same attitude when she asked for a water by the same lady. This attitude was completely unnecessary. I waited 10 minutes to receive my water but never did, I asked a different worker and was denied a water because my two other friends received one. This staff behavior should be looked into. This is not the first time I’ve experienced this.
