MilkyWays Ice Cream & Cereal Bar

Frequent customer so needless to say I love the ice cream here but a recent visit was very disappointing! The portion of this $8+ ice cream literally got cut in half! When asked about it, was told the owner has changed the portion size. Well, I get inflation and tariff and such but I much rather they keep the original portion of the ice cream and make it an optional thing with extra charge for toppings and drizzles than cut the ice cream portion, just a suggestion…because I now really can’t justify coming back with a tiny cup of ice cream for this price where there are tons of other options nearby for either cost less or maintain their reasonable portion. Came for ice cream a half hour before closing, there are workers but keep the door locked so no customers come in. Very unprofessional business. Do better.

Staff is terrible. we showed up 30 mins before closing but they locked the doors and cleaning up. There was one lady who came and kept repeating “I said we are closed” in the most rude way even though we came 30 mins before closing. And after 5 mins, we saw her sitting on the table through the glass windows and finishing her own shake. Unbelievably selfish and rude people. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND

Before I tasted this ice cream, I never tried to add cereal to the ice cream. All my friends are interested in this，and they are very friendly to recommend delicious ice cream to me. I like it sososo so much!!

This place is awesome! Decided to give it a try with my gf and was not disappointed! There's plenty of variety and the price is certainly fair for what you get, I felt full after finishing my own custom ice cream cereal blend. The service is great too! John broke the menu down super easily and was a warm welcome; No doubt that I'll be a regular at this place!

What truly set my visit apart was the young manager on duty. He is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure every customer feels welcomed. Every time I walked in, I was greeted with a warm "hello," which made my experience even more enjoyable. It's refreshing to see someone so dedicated to providing excellent customer service!

Overall, Milk Way is a must-visit for anyone craving a delicious milkshake and a friendly atmosphere. I can't wait to return for more of those incredible shakes and to be greeted by such a wonderful team! Highly recommend!

Place is truly amazing great ice cream and even better atmosphere I try to go as much as possible i have never had any problems there the staff are so sweet and nice and i even See the owner jump into help when the place gets a little busy all around great spot great people and great ice cream will never go to another ice cream spot again
