Good tasting food, but not really satisfied with relatively small portion for the empanada combo. Comes with three empanadas that didn't contain much filling and a small bowl of rice, with beans on the side. Would be willing to go back and try something different.

My husband and I were in Huntington village last night and were so excited to finally try the food here. We ordered the mofongo which they didn't have? Smh. Ok, so then we ordered the steak ... a little girl probably just entering high school came out of the kitchen with NO GLOVES OR A MASK ON and said no beef. I'm sorry, but how do you operate a business when you don't have half of your menu and your staff is clearly not following Covid safety guidelines. The girl at the counter did have a mask but no gloves and she was touching all of the food!!!!Please be careful if you eat here. They do not practice any safety guidelines or cleaning as per Gov. Cuomo.

The food here is sooo delicious and fresh. As someone who spent years living in the city I found myself craving real dominican food with no where to get it locally. When this place opened up I was sooo happy! And their empanadas are just as delish as the ones youll find up by Yankee stadium!! I always get the baked chicken cana bowl with maduros and empanadas. Their fresh juices are delicious as well and you get great portions for what you pay. Love this place!!

Great portions for the price. Very similar to the set up of chipotle. All of their food is fresh and yummy so you'll definitely won't be disappointed

I have been coming here for a few months and it never disappoints. Haven't gotten a bad meal yet. Everything is so tasty and true to its cuisine. Maduros and chicken empanadas are a must-try!!!! Also, I see some bad reviews for mistakes made by the restaurant (which are bound to happen sometimes) but it's very refreshing to see a place own up to its occasional mistakes. Would give this place a 6/5 stars if I could.

This is one my new favorite places around! Their food is BEYOND sabroso! What I'm about to say, could get me killed, even by my departed abuela, but their food is as good or better than my father's, mother's and abuelita's. My go to, Spanish staple, the pernil y arroz con gandules

Delicious empanadas!! Delicious chicken stew!! Really, the food is delicious and options are healthy!! Beware however, the Huntington locations pretty consistently screws up any order you take out, which can be frustrating. However, the staff is very nice and always happy to make it up to you when it does happen. Still annoying!! Oh and yelp has this place listed as open during for takeout during this covid crisis and they are not. Huntington is CLOSED until further notice.

I was shown this place one day for lunch about 2 months ago, and honestly I have no idea why I haven't gone back yet. It's really small. They have the food out kind of like a "chipotle" style. Where you get to see what there is and pick what you want through the glass. There's only a couple of tables inside for you to sit at. Definitely more of a pick up and go place. I tried the rice and pork, which was so good my mouth is watering still from just thinking about it. It was fairly cheap. I did order two different empanadas and unfortunately the guy forgot to put it in my bag. After calling the restaurant, they did say next time they will give me those two empanadas - which they eventually did. I heard there is more than one of this restaurant, which I need to find because I would recommend ANYONE to come here. Their food is spectacular, and for me to use that word is rare - so it has some truth behind it.

Early today Sunday I stopped by this lil gem of place basically in the heart ♥️ Of Huntington the gentleman and young lady that work there where so nice I got rice and black beans with delicious chicken and an adorable little salad that comes with the meal all this for under 10 bucks amazing thank u so much ?it’s more of a pick out and take home to enjoy later kinda place which was just so prefect with my busy schedule I got to enjoy delicious food in the comfort of my home ?

Don't be fooled by the limited amount of seats, this place is amazing! We enjoyed everything we got! Staff was friendly and explained all the options. We ordered a side of yucca fries which were awesomely crispy, chicken mofongo with a really great garlic sauce and a cana rice bowl with baked chicken. I can't say enough about how delicious everything tasted and how the prices were super reasonable! Even able to use the 10% off through the yelp app! We are definitely coming back here for more!
