I come here very often& im a fan of ralphs and there multiple locations but today i met one of their workers named julia who was extremely rude and arrogant we came in with our dog which we understand moving forward isnt allowed but she then proceeded to take our orderd with nasty gesture making our experience extremely uncomfortable and then when i asked her what the issue was she began laughing & asked me to leave the spot now and raised her voice infront of my two kids shes extremely unprofessional.

The staff was super friendly and the line moved quickly.
We ordered 4 ices in total and we all thoroughly enjoyed them!

Seriously the best ices and ice creams ever. They have douzaines of classic dessert and candy flavors which are better then the originals. It's pure and elevates your spirit up to the moon! Once a year, we travel to Long Island, New York and, we dream about Ralph's all year round, back in Canada. What we would do to have this here in our country.

Ralph's is always a fun spot to hit up and see what new flavors they've come up with or treats! I'm excited about the cotton candy flavor but couldn't help but to go for their edible cookie dough and the birthday cake flavor was just so sweet! Love going to Ralph's any time I'm on the island!

Went in there today and not only was the employee sitting with her feet up when I entered, she was so rude and condescending.Definitely needs to be re-trained!

I'm curious to know where the owner of this location is, and wonders how it's run?? The kids running the place are flustered when more than one person is there, then has no idea how to make things. The shake we ordered was not what the picture looked like. I have tried this location many times, but always leave disappointed. I will not return anymore, It's not worth it.

The ices are mediocre, but the real problem with this place is it is really dirty. There is no place to stand that is not incredibly sticky. It must be possible to serve ice cream have clean floors, as the other ice cream stores seem to manage it. Not sure why this place can't keep their floors clean

Ralph’s quality seems consistent across locations. Today I stopped by the Huntington location. I usually get the classic ice but I wanted something different went with the rocky road creme ice it’s similar to a gelato in taste and texture it was excellent.
Out of almost every flavor. What a big disappointment.

I had the cherry Italian ice. The place in Huntington barely puts any real cherries in the ice. Compared the one Ralph Rotten in Kings Park which puts in a whole lot of cherries.
