A gem in the secret garden. Service was pretty slow but the food was really great. My mother in law said she can't wait to take her friends here.

I had the scallops which were delicious The donuts were just the right amount of dessert for the four of us and the pistachio gelato was fantastic!!! Never disappointed at Red! Another very good dinner at Red Restaurant. Chef Nino welcomed us, and our waitress, Evis, was very attentive. staff. Sardinian Casarecce with savory meat sauce, fennel was delicious, as was the Halibut Oregana. The Cozno drink is the perfect accompaniment to the meal. We also loved the light ricotta cheesecake. It was so nice to have matzo in the bread basket for the holiday! Cheers to Red!
We had the Prix Fix and the choices were excellent. Food was delicious. Server was attentive and very friendly. Will go back soon.

Brought my out-of-town “fussy foody” Sis to Red, one of our fave, for her first time last night and she's still talking about how great the food and service was! My Halibut was beyond delicious, so fresh, lightly bread crumbed on top with a light lemon butter sauce which I asked to be served on the side. My sister had the trio of meats with mashed potatoes. She gave me a taste of her lamb chop which was tender, flavorful and yummy! My husband raved about the bit of spice that's now been added to the Chicken Milanese and he ate every bite! All this accompanied by a special 2013 Borolo. The staff is spectacular, the dining room cozy with perfect lighting. We took home Red's special take on Tartufo, homemade with its own little side of cherries jubilee. Thanks Nino, Glenda and staff for the best Sunday Supper ever!
