My friends and I visited here from NYC after a great day at Caumsett State Preserve getting out of the city heat. We were STARVED after the 1.5 hour hike to the beach and really wanted a tasty and affordable dining experience. What we got was tasty but I can’t say it was affordable 🥹 we knew we were in what seemed to be a high tax bracket area so expected to spend a bit more than usual but please be warned the prices are a bit unreasonable ($28 for fried shrimp and fries, $18 for a burger that doesn’t come with fries). Now if you can get past THAT, the food and experience was very good! We loved the style of the interior design, it was very welcoming but also had a clean, coastal vibe to it. The servers were very attentive and nice and the calamari was SO good, we couldn’t get enough of the sauce.

Bartending was very good. Fish and chips on the specials menu for $28 was terrible! Fish had the consistency of wet white bread that was served with tartar sauce that was not tartar sauce but watered down mayonnaise without any relish or seasoning. Second disappointing meal in the past few months and will not be returning for food.
