I had a very disappointing experience with this restaurant during a pickup order. They advertised promotions that turned out to be misleading, and when I asked for clarification, the staff was dismissive and disrespectful. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. Transparency and respect for customers go a long way, and unfortunately, this place fell short on both.

Went in probably 10 minutes before closing at 2am and the man working was very hospitable and helpful. The food came out quick and was delicious, too. Got the chicken platter and a chicken sandwich and both were fantastic. Definitely recommend.

I really like how you guys make your falafel. I enjoy how it’s disk shaped and not rotund. This really tickles my fancy. I feel like it cooks better, and doesn’t remind me of meatballs. I’m not against Italian cuisine, but sometimes you get tired of eating ball shaped foods. Balls are great, but it gets to a point. The produce used in my platter was delicious, especially the tomato. Very fresh, very yummy. Thank you!

I ordered a cheeseburger and fries from Uber eats. The food was good as always but they put pickles on, I didn't ask for that and the fries were good but very chinsy. Be a little generous, come on!

I ordered the chicken over rice from Shah’s Halal in Huntington Village, and the food was great—fresh, flavorful, and a good portion for the price. The chicken was cooked perfectly, and the white sauce pulled everything together.

Unfortunately, the experience was knocked down a notch because the soda they sold me was expired (dated January 6, 2025) and completely flat. I took one sip and ended up tossing it—definitely not what you'd expect when you're paying for a drink. It's frustrating and makes me question how carefully they check their stock.

The staff was friendly, and the place was clean, but they really needed to keep a better eye on expiration dates. I’d still come back for the food, but I’ll skip the drinks next time.

Love this place. The store manager guy Raf is awesome as well. Food is fresh and sauces are awesome. Sometimes splurge on the French fries which are great as well.
