I didn't even want to write a review because mistakes happen and that's okay. I called asking for a refund for two of my drinks since they got it wrong, the first woman I was on the phone said that's fine. Then I got a call back from the person who made my order trying to imply that I'm lying about my drinks being made the wrong way. She proceeded to say "I made the order the exact way it showed up in my system. I could show you how to order online so you can get what you actually want". First of all are you insinuating that me, someone in their 20s who has lived with technology their whole life, cannot place a simple online order properly? Rather than apologizing to me and owning up to her making my drinks wrong, she tried to make me sound dumb so I decided to read my order out loud and ask her if it matches what she received. The only thing she said when she realized that she messed up wrong was "oh... I see that. You can get a refund for those two drinks but not your entire order". I never asked for a refund for my entire order, just the drinks that SHE MESSED UP ON. No proper apology or anything. I wouldn't have even cared if she wasn't so condescending and rude about the whole situation. Almost sounded like she tried to save herself from getting in trouble by making the customer sound like a complete idiot. They should honestly teach their staff to fix their attitude, they are definitely lucky that I am one of the nicer customers. I don't think anyone else would've let that slide without giving them a hard time.

Love this place, best chai latte, baristas are very friendly, great atmosphere! They have every type of flavor you can think of! Must try if you're in Huntington!

Soul Brew, located ideally in the heart of the village, shines as the top coffee destination. The café impresses with its exceptional food and the rich aroma of expertly brewed coffee. Coupled with the friendly service, it's a welcoming spot for any coffee enthusiast. While its interior is cozy and inviting, Soul Brew's new laptop policy, limiting device use, has sparked some discontent among regulars. Nonetheless, the café's superb offerings and perfect location make it a must-visit for a delightful coffee experience.

Took an out of town friend for some coffee and breakfast. This place has a low key vibe, very good breakfast burritos. Service was on point and very friendly. With so many coffee small business being out sold by Starbucks and Dunkin, if you're a snobby coffee drinker as I am plus the small shop vibe, this is the spot.

Good food and fast service. Coffee was above average for a non roasting coffee shop. Solid options. Definitely a good vibe from the place. Very limited seating. Very Brooklyn. Would go again if I'm in the area, but for the food, not so much the coffee. Wish they had a pour over and different roasters instead of just the French press house blend (which was good) and the dark roast.

Good example of why too much items on the menu is a bad idea. Had the s’mores latte and rainbow cookie latte. Too sweet!!! I felt like I was drinking my way to diabetes and could not drink anymore after the first initial sips. I thought the rainbow latte would have the cookies in it but it did not - just pumps of what looked like raspberry syrup and white mocha syrup.I may try the food next time but drinks will definitely be a no for me.

Cute coffee spot. The place was nicely decorated and even had games to offer their customers.

I absolutely love this place! My wrap was delicious! The women behind the counter were so nice and inviting! Everything was perfect, they followed my special instructions and their strawberry fields drink is the best!! Also, I love the way this place is decorated, such a nice little shop with amazing food and drink options! I will definitely be back!

I stop by twice a week when I work at Huntington. I gotta say soul brew is way better than starbucks in my opinion. Large variety of coffe, Always done to your liking. They also have a big selection of food. Mainly breakfast and lunch. Service here is always great. I highly recommend to start your day with soul brew.

A great neighborhood coffee shop serving up great drinks and delicious food.First off, the staff here is fantastic. They’re so friendly and welcoming and just genuinely nice folks. They’re attentive, eager to suggest some options, and really care. The decor is cozy and classic, full of brick, wood, and green accents that make it easy to sink in here. There’s art from local artisans that’s available to purchase which is a great way to support the community and add a nice extra offering. It was a hot day so I went for an iced green tea which was perfectly brewed. There’s an extensive menu and everything sounded amazing. I went for a T-bird breakfast burrito/wrap which was done really well with super fresh ingredients.Absolutely coming back here to spend some more time and try out some more of their options.
