The coffee here is always perfect. Plus they have a vegan chickpea sandwich that is delicious and today I got a vegan banana chocolate chip muffin that was one of the best muffins I've ever had, love this place!

I enjoyed my latte and their famous breakfast sandwich is nice

Ordered a doppio here once. It was bitter. After one sip, I just threw the rest away. My Nespresso machine at home makes much better coffee.

Coffee is ok, overpriced, and this coffee shop does not have WiFi. To repeat: ‘We don’t have WiFi’. What?????
You’re a coffee shop. It’s 2025. I spent $8 on a coffee and a cookie and you’re telling we you don’t have WiFi???

Great coffee, great food, great service. Parking lot is a little busy, but worth it.

No wifi. Coffee was only okay, no creamer was available.

Best coffee around- perfect cortado. Great service and busy vibes on weekend mornings. I’ve heard great things about the breakfast sandwich too!

Southdown Huntington was on our Dad/Daughter hit list for some time now. I’m glad we finally got there. Our first time visit was an absolute Win! The first thing that needs mentioning is the fact that 30 feet before you even reach the front door you get punched right in the olfactory! The aroma wafting from the shop is magical and alluring— so good! The atmosphere was charming and eclectic, reminding me of an old fashioned emporium. The blond wide plank flooring, ornate ceiling detail, long wall sitting booth and iron pipe & timber shelving all complimented each other. My Daughter ordered a chocolate chip cookie and I got a double espresso shot. The barista that took care of us was a young gentleman ( I feel bad I didn’t get his name to give him praise) was very polite, well spoken, quick at getting our items and helped me pick out a bag of beans to take home for pour overs. All the staff I observed while they were working were positive, happy and professional. When we got to the car I took a sip, my Daughter took a bite and we both looked at each other and said OMG. Daughter loved the cookie, crisp outside warm gooey inside! My shot went down like a warm marshmallow— not a hint of acidic, burnt or sour. My Daughter offered me a bite of her cookie but I declined b/c I didn’t want it to confuse my palette for my espresso. Well done Southdown, you impressed us.
We highly recommend and we most definitely will be back!

This has got to be one of the best cappuccinos I’ve ever had. Would definitely come back for this.

I like the appeal of a modern looking coffee shop and this was it down to the T. Staff and environment were very welcoming. Unfortunately the only thing that stopped this from getting 5 stars is the food. I went on 4 different occasions and each time something was missing with the food order. Weather it be extra bacon on their famous egg and cheese or extra chicken on the pesto sandwich. I have a short fuse for paying for something and not getting it. Nice place though
