Spotlight at The Paramount

Staff are incredibly rude and discriminate against patrons by deciding which have the body type they plan to serve drinks to and which they will ignore the entire night. I had one staff member lie to my face and say he couldn't serve drinks and then proceed to go behind the bar and serve drinks to much younger and more fit patrons. Save your time - Not worth it.

Do more emo nites and themed nights. The vibes are immaculate Everytime they do a themed night. Drinks are great. One of the best bars on the island!

What was live Nation the first took this event Center Oliver it was a bit of a unpleasant experience really sad that live Nation bought this and that the owner sold it to live Nation when I was there the first week live Nation had bought the place the security was overzealous over endearing and tyrannical and their approach. As an event organizer I would never direct my security to act in the way that they acted and was not the way that the original Paramount had performed their services that people have become a costume too corporate power structures come in and bastardize and destroy I already established business for the patrons who have been local frequencers. Without being said my last experience there was a little bit better and I didn't see the overwhelming presence of security guards trying to look for anything to try to kick people out I don't understand why you would throw someone out for doing something silly when you could just warn them a couple of times instead of being a tyrant stealing people's money and keeping them out for stupid reasons They could easily be warned a few times like a three strikes rule is usually how we deal it as an organizer.
The sound of the places okay the bricks make the sound bounce off the walls They need some type of acoustic panels against the bricks in order to help soften the sound but it's decent good music and the drinks are overpriced as it is in most of these corporate businesses which is also highway robbery but otherwise I would give this place a five star if it wasn't for those issues

My friend almost had an accident waiting for the line because the misogyny of the men who work there. Unacceptable behavior from these so called “bouncers.” Get off your power trip and let girls use the restroom for crying out loud. I’m finished with this establishment!

Ugly guy with white hair bouncer accepted $100 bills from men to use the restroom but claimed he was “at capacity” to everyone else

Cool bar- excellent bartenders- attentive staff- interesting ambiance and kind patrons- 10/10 will return!
