This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes the employees can be really curt and rude but other times they're okay. I like getting my food here but sometimes the employees make me want to stop going.

Honestly the service in this location is very rude you get to the speaker and its almost like they forget your the customer, I think theres only about 2 people in there by the name of Nick, and a man with glasses that are always nice, the woman within the vicinity dont even let you speak to order, I think they really need to retrain there workers or take the complaints seriously cause the order’s arent cheap for people to be treated like this.

If I could give Starbucks negative stars, I would. The drinks taste awful—completely overrated and watered down. On top of that, they’re so cheap they actually charge money for WATER. Are you serious? It’s embarrassing how greedy this place has become. Save your money and go literally anywhere else.

Waited 20 mins for my wrap and noticed that I received the wrong wrap
I made an order for drive up I drove passed the speaker to get my order. The barista telling me I need to go back around cus I cut the car behind me. I told her I have a pick up order she refused to give me a drink that I paid for. she was rude and nasty bout it. Instead of saying next time just know I can’t do that she withheld my drink. I am over this location that has nasty ppl n don’t even make the drinks to the companies standard.
Had to wait 4 minutes of just standing there before I was even acknowledged by one of the 4 employees behind the counter ....

Bunch of miserable obese people work here… absolutely embarrassing the way they speak to people. Management should monitor. Customer service is atrocious and that’s an understatement lol. Pls learn how to speak to customers.

This place's drinks are horrible, they only use water with sugar, I bought vet summer lemonade, the taste was horrible, I told the cashier who served me and it was horrible, her attitude didn't give me any other option, she told me that if I wanted another one, I had to pay for it. Don't waste your time and money coming to this place, this is the worst Starbucks you can visit, I don't recommend it at all.

Unfortunately, I went through the drive-through and asked for the coffee that I’ve been getting from them for over two months now and I had asked for extra caramel drizzle which is almost 2 dollars extra and they didn’t add it so I went back through the drive-through again and they were very rude and they gave me a cup with coffee, milk and way too much extra caramel drizzle I’m extremely disappointed. The attitude of the cashier was ridiculous when I had went back to the drive-through and asked them if they can just add caramel drizzle to a cup and pour in the old coffee extremely disappointed do not recommend coming here. I will not be coming back.
