The people who work there are very friendly and polite. The person who served me saw that I use a cane and actually brought my food and coffee over to me. The location is nearby, so I can meet friends. The price is high, but tolerable considering the other aspects of the shop.

Amazing last minute experience! Stopped by Starbucks at the last minute, and Dez, GG, Sara, and Natasha absolutely made my day. Their service and hospitality were on point — super friendly, quick, and welcoming even when it was close to closing. You can really tell they care about their customers. Drinks are good 5 ⭐ for baristas working there. But what kind of Starbucks closed their lobby before 5 pm on Saturday and 'forced' customers to order thru drive thru? Was with friends and we were forced to leave. I'll go to another Starbucks near by next time, thank you for the experience!

Management, please take this complaint seriously... I drive through this Starbucks location four out of every five work days and order the exact same coffee. As a regular customer, today I encountered a young girl, GIGI, who was legitimately the RUDEST PERSON I have ever come across in my adult life! She was insulting, curt and showed complete arrogance. Gigi is clearly someone who does not belong in customer service or needs to go through training! Please note that her disgraceful behavior does not reflect the rest of the staff. For example, MANNY is a wonderful employee. He is her polar opposite!

2 of your baristas were outwardly making fun of and laughing at my drink order. i get a decaf espresso with a splash of milk. i’m not looking for, nor expecting a cheap latte. i can’t have that much milk and caffeine hurts my stomach, but i enjoy (or used to enjoy) coming here to get a quick little sip of espresso with a lil milk. today i heard them complaining about “ew she comes almost every day” and then laughing and snickering to themselves about how dumb my order was. i have NEVER written a negative review but i don’t even want to drink this in fear it was tampered with. disrespectfully fix your attitude or find a different job where you don’t have to make custom coffee.

Honestly the service in this location is very rude you get to the speaker and its almost like they forget your the customer, I think theres only about 2 people in there by the name of Nick, and a man with glasses that are always nice, the woman within the vicinity dont even let you speak to order, I think they really need to retrain there workers or take the complaints seriously cause the order’s arent cheap for people to be treated like this.
