The Cheesecake Factory

This establishment exemplifies the typical Cheesecake Factory. The quality of both the food and service was outstanding. We have visited this location multiple times throughout the year, and it consistently meets our expectations. I opted for the Lettuce Wraps, which serve as a pleasant and healthy option. The portion sizes are quite generous, so consider sharing some of the dishes. The restaurant's decor is always clean and well-kept. Parking can be limited, as it is situated within the Mall parking area.

We really like the food at this restaurant. Our server Brianna is great. She always greets us cheerfully, remembers our preferences, and does an excellent job.
We like the rotunda but we don't get to have Brianna as our server like we used to. Wish she was still in there.

Worst customer service. Manager AND host ignored us when we walked in. Food took forever to arrive to the table and when it did it was cold. Worst location to visit!

Great food, great service. Large servings on the entrees; shareable if u need to cut back on the bill. Really love the banana cream cheesecake.

I was here with my family on Friday night. It really was the worse service I ever had in a restaurant. It wasn’t particularly crowded so I couldn’t understand why our server was completely inaccessible. When our food came out it was cold and we never saw her in between courses. I would never go back there again.

Painfully slow service. Appetizers served promptly but main dishes not served for almost 1 1/2 hours after being seated. Half our party had to take theirs to go. Kudos to manager who comped our desserts & part of meal. Food was fine, which is the only plus. Needless to say, we won't be back.

Let me just say this now, I love Cheesecake Factory!
I've been to more Cheesecake Factories than I can count when was living in California and out here in the East Coast.
I have never had a bad experience or terrible food, every time I go I always have a great time. Personally for me I wish there was one closer to me but unfortunately I have to travel either up north in Yonkers (which is not optimal) or outside the city like Long Island. But regardless I love Cheesecake Factory and I will continue to go to anyone of their locations anytime I'm traveling outside the city.
