Always fun at the cheesecake factory, our server was very kind!

The food was subpar, and I was not impressed. The prices are fair. I will have to give it another shot and see. I didn't like the passion fruit margarita. It came in some Martini glass, and for $16.50, I would have expected a real glass. Also, my wife tried the pineapple upside cheese cake for $12.50, which she told me was just okay. That's her nice way of saying not good. I got a chocolate shake for $9.95, which was definitely not worthed either. The price would have been fine if it actually tasted like chocolate and was good. Shake shake and the ice cream truck off the street make way better chocolate shakes than that and are way cheaper. So it is still undecided if we will ever return 🤔. Also the atmosphere is loud and you sit very close to other parties which is not good. We had a guy with bad BO too the left and two elderly ladies that were talking so freaking loud I was ready to ask the server if they can reseat us somewhere else but just wanted to finish and leave.

I knew the service was going to be horrible and the food would be mediocre but this is the last time. It was so horrible that even a table across from us left because it took so long for them to even order.

We waited a solid 15 minutes to even have our waiter show up to say hi. It was a 40 plus minute wait for food, that was cold when it arrived and we literally never saw her again. I mean the assistant servers came to help us cause she never was to be seen again.

Cold food, slow to non existent service, for mediocre food. And they weren't even as packed as they normally are. Never again.

Amazing service!! Been here multiple times and the place overall is pretty consistent and reliable. The workers here r always super sweet and quick. Super sad they removed the Thai coconut lime chicken from the menu 🥲 but highly recommend the spicy vodka rigatoni! Carbonara was mid, and the steak diane was just okay, didn’t really blow me away. Big portion sizes and vibey atmosphere :)

The food was delicious and high quality the service was great and they refilled our drinks multiple times the two criticisms I have would be

1. The food took a bit longer than expected to come (around 40 minutes)

2. The wifi password should be clear to diners as service inside the building doesn’t work well if at all.

Food was very good. Chicken Bellagio was one of the best Italian meals I've had in a while which was surprising actually.
