Very disappointed in this establishment. I was racially profiled. I had ask your staff a question about something and I got nothing but attitude. Than when I was doing the survey, and went to show the person the code he demanded to take my phone so he can type it in his computer. I don’t want a stranger taking my phone… like I don’t understand how this tropical smoothie treats their customers that way. I will never in my life ever go to this one. This place needs to be shut down for the way they treat their customers. Merrick on Merrick road will be the one I will always go to for now on. Even if I have to drive 30 minutes. I will do that so I don’t have to deal with these people.

Twice in a row I have ordered from this location through Uber eats. I chose "add white chocolate" for an additional cost. ADD white chocolate NOT SUBSTITUTE! But both times, they took out an ingredient that I did not say to remove, and replaced it with white chocolate. No other location does this. Can you please explain to your employees what the difference between "add" and "substitute" is? Also, they used to give a pretty good portion of chicken in the flatbread but the last time I got it was laughable. I had to go back out for more food because it wasn't filling. And I'm 5'1 110lbs. That should NOT happen.

The employees here are absolutely rude and unprofessional. The food is bland and the smoothie is watered down. I got the smoothie blueberry bliss and half the smoothie was filled. It barely tasted like blueberries if I wanted a water I would have asked for one. When I told a worker they gave me attitude and said it wasn’t their problem. Please DO NOT come here the service is actually terrible. You guys should look into having better customer service skills.

RUN AWAY, i never write reviews but this was so bad i had to warn anyone considering this place. The waitress had such a bad attitude with me and my friends. The sunrise smooth i ordered CAME WITH A DEAD COCKROACH and we saw more crawling on the walls. The turkey bacon ranch was so burnt it was not edible. This place is so unsanitary with horrible customer service so not come here. I would give it negative stars if it’s possible.
