Really delicious macarons but unfortunately they do not train their staff properly. It's a small kiosk at the mall so only 1 person working there. She's nice and everything except she wears the same gloves doing everything (touch the macarons, handles the payment transaction, poke at her phone when not busy). No one told her the gloves is to keep the food clean, not to keep her hands clean. As much as the macarons taste really great (and they do) I just can't return knowing every germ she touched is also on those macarons since she probably also put them in the case, maybe even with the same gloves.

The service at this establishment is absolutely disgusting. I ordered $100 worth of macaroons for a birthday/last day before moving away celebration, paid extra for special boxes and same-day shipping, and specifically ordered from this company due to dietary restrictions. I received a text message from an employees personal phone stating "he had an emergency" and that I can come pick it up. He then said he would have it delivered via Uber, to which I never received. I tried contacting the company via customer service, but they decided their time is worth more than their customers and hung up on me. Now, I am left empty-handed with no gift, no refund, and pissed off by the treatment I've received after being a loyal customer.
