We visited Darby's at 6PM on a Saturday evening. The restaurant wasn't particularly crowded, which made what followed all the more inexcusable. We were ignored by wait staff for 30 minutes before anyone even took our order. From the time we sat down to when our wings finally arrived, the entire process took an hour and a half. When they finally showed up, they were lukewarm - clearly sitting under a heat lamp or on a counter waiting for someone to bother bringing them to our table. To make matters worse, the entire order consisted of drumsticks. Not a single flat. At any other restaurant, an order of wings comes with the expected mix of flats and drumsticks. Apparently at Darby's, they just dump whatever unwanted pieces they have onto the next customer who orders wings, unless you somehow know to specify otherwise. So after waiting 90 minutes total, we received cold food that wasn't even what anyone would reasonably expect from a wing order. The inattentive staff clearly couldn't be bothered to do their jobs properly at any point during our visit. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration - go literally anywhere else. Good music

Not an Irish pub. No Harps or Smithwicks, they had Guinness. No traditional Irish food. The calzone and Reuben were great, but not Irish.
