Darbys is great, food is always consistent, and is one of our go-to's for takeout, but Brian the GM is an AMAZING person. I'm allergic to blue cheese, and long story short, my order was delivered with blue cheese. He not only refunded me, but personally delivered our replacement order and refused our appreciation tip. He went completely and utterly out of his way to not only correct the order but make the situation right. Customer service like this is unheard of these...
Had the burger tonight and the southwest Cobb salad - which is the best around - shared with my husband and there was still enough to take home for lunch tomorrow. The food and service was very good
