I was not impressed with the young kids working there. Ist, never received a ticket and I stated to the girl that I didn't get a ticket. 2nd, I was totally not impressed with the toddler that went behind the counter and went back by the fries and where the food was being prepared. It is definitely not safe for a toddler to be back there.

Came in and walked to the register at the front counter to make a purchase because I only had cash and there were two McDonalds employees near the front counter it looks like they were refilling the juice or syrup that goes into the machine. It was a woman and a gentleman the woman was short and had her hair in a bun with glasses and a dark blue shirt on proceeds to look at me didn’t even acknowledge that I was standing there and just keeps going back to doing whatever she was doing. She never said I’ll be right with you or didn’t even use common sense to grab another co worker to help me. I stood there looking stupid I ended up leaving. I just wanted to purchase some donuts. I don’t like posting negative reviews but if a customer walks up to the counter you better start acknowledging them

My husband came by earlier today and was on a pregnancy craving run for me. When he said that, the staff REALLY spoiled me! Not only did they get my order correct, they STUFFED my large fry box, put all the extra mayo I wanted on my sandwich, and threw in a blueberry slushie for me to try as a recommendation that I may love it. I DID. When he came home, he told me how awesome everyone was at the McDonalds in Hyde Park. Thank you for making a pregnant woman happy

This is a very busy McDonald's. I only go here when I need to run an errand in Poughkeepsie. I only use the drive thru every time. There are 2 lanes and the line keeps moving. Mgt makes the drive thru a priority. Never had a negative issue here.

We stopped at this location on the way back from an upstate trip with my eight-year-old son who is highly allergic to a lot of foods. They served everything very carefully. Great staffThey were very careful with the order. Everything went wonderfully. This probably was the cleanest McDonalds location i have ever been to. We realized we forgot my sons epipen once we arrived home at Brooklyn. I called the location and assistant Manager Charlie responded and very professionally directed me to the general manager Tiffany Kozloski. Both were very helpful. I will visit this location again on our next trip uptown NY. Thank you guys.
Dietary restrictions: My son has dairy sesame and not allergies. They were very careful preparing my son’s happy meal. Everything went great.
