Good, made on site soft ice-cream
Great ice cream and do a lot for the Hyde Park community. Family owned not a national corporation. Discount for cash payment.

Great ice cream and lots of choices for lunch. I had an outstanding chocolate milk shake well worth the calories and a beef gyro. Everything was delicious.

pros - the owners are so nice and sweet
Cons - The last few times I went the young girls that work there are unfriendly and honestly shouldn't be working there I watched a few girls take customer's money and then go touch ingredients without washing their hands or putting gloves on, I got a few of their stacks when the owner is there they make them amazing but I noticed when the young girls are working they have no idea what they're doing I got a peanut butter stack and it was literally just ice cream with peanut butter cups on top... Not the way I usually get it with the owner is there,
The chopped cheeses are very good. Ask for the Peyton special. Peyton makes them good

This was my first time ever buying food from Nana's with all the great reviews. This was a horrible experience.i have had such a dry crispy chicken sandwich had nothing on it. I had to buy fries separately. they are very pricey but for what you get i rather go elsewhere. Staff was not much better either.

Not sure how a container with an unopened bag of chips ( waste of container) and a snack pack of cold queso dip equals an order of Nachos ?! At least take the chips out of the bag and heat up the cheese and poor it on? I had to pay full price for deconstructed nachos. A bit lazy if you ask me...
