Closed at 7:50pm when door and website say 9pm. Employees just ignored me and continued packing up the food when I tried to open the door as I was confused it was locked. If you’re going to be closed 1+ hours you should change your listed hours.

The owner of this store has them listed as a participating location for deals online. Yet, when you order the deal, it automatically cancels the order. This is false advertising and an awful way to run a business. I highly suggest you give your money to other businesses that actually know what they’re doing and honor the promotions that are listed on their websites.

*go to jersey mikes*This location is a dirty unwelcoming dump! We went in the other night and it looked like the toppings haven't been refreshed in over a week they were frozen to the sides of the containers and mushy and grey. The covers were off of the Meatballs just thrown to the side like the guy could care less about cleanliness or things getting in the food. Was not friendly at all didn't say hello and definitely was not the type to wash his hands. I would recommend nobody steps foot in that location or risk the chance of food poisoning. I am not just saying that I was in food service for years I know what I'm looking at. I would not feel comfortable eating anything out of that place we did not eat our subs. Jersey Mike's is the much better option

Normally I don't rate chains. This time I will because...I had something that didn't settle well. I ended up in bed . Being a diabetic, I had to eat. My wife went to this Subway and brought me a sandwich. Lo and behold, stomach pain all gone. Yay.

Love this place best subway in NY in my opinion they have never done me wrong other than that ONE time my sandwich was made upside down.
