Another great experience at a CIA student staffed restaurant. Food was absolutely outstanding. Service (beginning of a new term) was unstead but warm and helpful. Next time I will prompt the student servers more to tend to normal order of steps--like drink orders earlier.

Its always a pleasure to come to the Bocuse restaurant (our 3 rd. time) Everyone was very professional at the restaurant, the ambiance was peaceful and quiet, the soft jazz music in the background was just right in choice and sound volume. The food of course was delightful as usual. Thank you so much for your warm welcome at the Bocuse.

Our lunch at Bocuse Restaurant at CIA was undoubtedly the best such we've ever had. The three course lunch surpassed our expectations. Each course was presented beautifully and the subtleties of the ingredients afforded a burst of flavor to our pallets . We've been there three times and each meal has been exceptional. Talking with the student servers gave un a true picture of what their studies and trainings are. We highly recommend a visit to CIA to enjoy a meal at any of their restaurants. You won't be disappointed.

The very best Soufflé ever ! Would totally recommend this outstanding seafood appetizer and the other seafood entree of poached halibut complimenting it totally . The dessert was exceptional very fresh and a rich soothing palette of flavors !

 this is such an active and engaging learning environment for the students at the culinary Institute. The food was excellent. The service was even better. The chocolate mousse dessert was outstanding.

this was our second visit. The first time we were critical of service (aka lack of supervision) and also certain aspects of the food. This time around, everything was near-perfect, the food was excellent, seervice friendly and attentive, and the value was outstanding. The tuna crudo appetizer was perfectly cut, tasty, with crispy and citrus notes. The staek was perfectly cooked and portioned appropriately. The lobster linguini from homemade pasta was to cooked the point and very nicely seasoned, with adequate pieces of tender lobster meat. The chocolate appetizer was a fine treat, and the cheeses were excellent. Overall a very pleasant and well balanced 3-course meal, paired with an excellent Pomerol.

We had a lovely evening celebrating our anniversary. We were greeted with 2 glasses of champagne, a card and many good wishes. The staff, service and food were exceptional and we will be sure to visit again if we're in the area.

We had a wonderful experience at the Bocuse restaurant. Servers were knowledgeable and courteous, answered our questions. They allowed us to stay without pushing us out. We were the last guests to leave the dining room. Food was exceptional and delicious. Will be back.

It seems Bocuse is better this season than one's past. Everything was delicious. Service was lovely and attentive; the manager helped us out several times very graciously. The wine pours are a little skimpy but then again it was only $11 a glass. I wish there was an 8 ounce option. But all in all, a lovely dining experiene.
