Very slow service, 2 hours total for 3 courses. Portion size has been reduced, 30-40 minute waits between courses.
A visit to any CIA restaurant is always a memorable experience. The food is superior and a chance to try different things. The service is outstanding as the student are so eager to show their knowledge. They anticipate your needs from when they take your coat on arrival until they help you on with your coat at the end. Table service is above and beyond anything I have experienced anywhere else.
The food was great, the service was outstanding and the atmosphere was very good. Highly recommended.
This was our 6th visit to CIA. It was one of the very best meals we have had. Of course, the students are in training and have varying levels of experience in the art of service but the senior staff were on-the-job lending support and instruction. The food: steak tartar w/ caviar on top it was fantastic my date had salmon loved it. Followed with duck, he had bouillabaisse both were perfect. Desert, well we had to try the creme brulee' perfect finish to a remarkable meal. I think Bocuse hit a home run! Enjoy. 3 courses for $50.00 should encourage all to make a Resy.
The winter menu at only $30 for three courses, which will run until April, is an exceptional value. No cutback in quantity or quality. I had the seafood souffle, pork medallions, and creme brulee, each of which was very, very good, equal to what I've had on other occasions outside this special value period.
I went early in the semester, so the student servers were adorably nervous but still did a fantastic job. The food was incredible, and the wine list was not huge but still a great selection. They hand-made ice cream from scratch at the table next to me for dessert, which I had no idea was how they did it. I was lucky enough to go when they had a 3 course prix fixe menu which was great. I like that the tip is built into the bill. I definitely will be back. Note: this is a place where people dress up to eat dinner. You don't have to, but you will feel underdressed if you don't.
Excellent food and service.

Went many years ago quite a few times before it was called Bocuse and we always enjoyed it This time not so much one server who was Wes was very good as was management but service otherwise was just so so We were very disappointed by how many dishes they didn't have especially their specialty the duck and No ice cream??? All 4 of us walked away disappointed and we came 2 1/2 hours to eat there (we stayed a the Beekman Arms)
The food was a work of art, and delicious! Service was amazing... I have nothing negative to say
One of the finest restaurants in the NYC area. Always a great experience ! And Madison and Raj our two student servers were excellent.

My goodness the flavors! Above and beyond. Great mix of rustic French countryside meals and subtle, sophisticated meals. Pleasant setting, lots of windows, good lighting, comfortable chairs. The service was attentive and prompt, very well done. Reconnected

We were 3 people and all of our food was superb. The Bocuse is beautiful setting and very inviting. From appetizers to main course to dessert were all excellent. The staff and students were very engaging and extremely friendly
Unbelievable culinary experience. Dinner was delicious, artfully prepared and served by experienced professionals who know their craft and can answer any question. These young people display a passion for hospitality. It felt like dining in a good friend's home.
Exceptional food and service. Choices were varied and served in a timely fashion by spirited, professional and Real folks! Outstanding across the board.
