The overall experience was diminished by very disjointed service. There wasn't one single person solely responsible for waiting on us. We had to ask a second time for water, and then the wine also that came out right as they set down the entree. They set butter out but then never brought out the bread. Dessert was served without asking about coffee or an after dinner drink. Lots of apologies from staff but come on! Very surprised as I would have expected impeccable service. Food was excellent.
Amazing experience. Ease of parking at the campus, ambience, cleanliness, quality of food, amazing cocktails (very unusual ones) ,service , and friendliness of staff all amazing.
Overall experience was wonderful. The service was excellent with the exception of the dessert which was a bit slow. They did acknowledge and apologized. The food was presented nicely and explained when served. Overall would recommend. I will definitely go again.
Amazing experience. I finally snagged a reservation at Bocuse for my birthday lunch, and it was worth the wait. The service was warm and professional, and the food was outstanding—every bite. Everything was beautifully paced and plated, and the wine and cocktail list made pairing with each course effortless. The apple dessert was so painstakingly prepared that we would've felt guilty eating it if it hadn't tasted so divine. A truly memorable meal. We're already planning to bring our kids next time so they can see what great training and attention to detail can create!
A wonderful experience, we can't wait to return! All the students are joyful and obviously love the CIA and their hands on restaurant experience.
We've visited the CIA restaurants many times, and our meal at The Bocuse was our favorite yet. The food was outstanding, and our servers, Braden and Aiden, were fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and made our birthday dinner feel truly special. The signed birthday card from the team was a wonderful touch. We loved every moment!
Very well run student restaurant. Menu was incredible and the presentation was amazing. What a bargain. I would highly recommend this restaurant and would eat there every single week if I lived closer
Our dining experience was exceptional from start to finish. The atmosphere exuded elegance, and every course was prepared and presented with remarkable skill. The staff and students displayed a level of professionalism and warmth that elevated the evening, turning a wonderful meal into an unforgettable occasion.
Food was a bit to unusual Food was NOT hot Service was outstanding Coffee was terrible, not hot
This was not my first time dining at Bocuse. My first experience was wonderful! However, this time left MUCH to be improved. It was a busy Saturday evening but the service was extremely slow. Though the student-servers were very pleasant, items took inordinate amounts of time- wine took nearly 15 minutes, coffee had to be requested twice. The servers repeatedly told us “Your (fill in the blank) is coming soon “- food, drinks, meal, dessert, etc. Nearby tables also appeared to be waiting long times too (one table left before dessert, I believe) Unfortunately we also found that some of the food did not live up to expectations. The boeuf Bourgogne had little jus (sauce) and was not ‘falling apart tender'; 1 piece was actually tough. Pei mussels were fine, but didn't really match the menu description very well (tiny strips of bok choy). This was a disappointing evening. We will likely go back to CIA again but will steer away from Bocuse for a while.

Bocuse at the Culinary Institute of America was a great French experience. The food was delicious. It was such a great variety of high end food.
Always a wonderful experience. Food is excellent, value for money outstanding. Service is bumpy, as students are practicing. That's okay. What isn't acceptable: Before you come, they ask for food intolerances. You tell them but get exactly what you ruled out. Two of three dishes had exactly the ingredient I want to avoid. Why asking then? Other than this: Straight A.
This was a great dining experience. The CIA students are intent upon delivering delicious food and remarkable service.
Food and drinks were amazing. Great value for the experience. Looking forward to going again.
We had a fabulous time. We arrived way earlier than our reservation and they were able to accommodate us. The food and service were superb. Exceeded my expectations and they were high to begin with.
