A trip to Inlet isn’t complete without a panini form the caboose! DELICIOUS and exactly what I want after a day in the sun. Customer service is great and food is great. Couldn’t ask any more from this little Adirondack town.

Not terrible. Sandwich admittedly was good, however for its size is definitely not worth the price. Cute concept though!

Super great experience. Wonderful variety of panini sandwiches available. The roast beef was a big hit and the potrabella mushroom was delicious. Highly recommended. Outdoor picnic tables under an awning is available.

The Caboose offers a variety of paninis plus a few extra items for breakfast and lunch. Affordable, fast, friendly. I've eaten here on several times over 3 summers and have never been disappointed.

Food was alright but the eggs and bacon were frozen and microwaved, not worth the money.

I ate here based on Google reviews. I was not impressed.
This is a panini sandwich place, exclusively. You stand outside to order and then get your food when your name is called. Seating is outside at a picnic table and a few two-person tall tables.
My sandwich had unidentifiable paper items in the filling. When I first bit into a piece I spit it out and set it aside, not wanting to be a bother. A few bites later I encountered a larger chunk of paper and decided it was time to speak up.
The man I showed my paper chunks to was pleasant and apologetic. Shortly after I was called to pick up another sandwich. I thought perhaps it might be brought to me. Nope.
A while later I was again called to the pickup window and given a 25% off coupon for use at a future visit. That was a nice but unhelpful gesture because I was leaving that day.
Customer service is clearly not a priority at this place. To put this in context, there was no line at the order window and nobody waiting, except to pick up food. The business was not busy.

Spent $35 for two tiny breakfast sandwiches and some water. The bread was over cooked and so hard that the sandwich cracked in half with the first bite. I felt so ripped off. 35 bucks for two little breakfast sandwiches. One egg, a slice of cheese, an undercooked sausage patty and cement textured bread. What a rip off! Thanks for that.

Most affordable food place in inlet. The food is very good. The staff is very friendly. Cheaper than Mcd's and way better quality. Would definitely recommend

We stopped by The Caboose in Inlet, New York, for lunch, and it was the perfect spot for my wife and two kids. Located right in the heart of town, the central location made it easy to find. The outdoor seating on the deck was perfect for enjoying the fresh air, and the inviting atmosphere made it such a comfortable place to relax.

The panini was absolutely delicious! You can tell they put a lot of care into the food. Karl and Jill, the owners, were so kind and pleasant, making our experience even better. We'll definitely be coming back every time we're in the Adirondacks! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great meal in a welcoming setting.

Sandwiches are excellent! Very friendly staff. We showed up 7 minutes before close, and the one guy working was just as friendly as other years when we came at noon. All outside seating so come on a warm day or take it to go!
