We stopped by The Caboose in Inlet, New York, for lunch, and it was the perfect spot for my wife and two kids. Located right in the heart of town, the central location made it easy to find. The outdoor seating on the deck was perfect for enjoying the fresh air, and the inviting atmosphere made it such a comfortable place to relax.
The panini was absolutely delicious! You can tell they put a lot of care into the food. Karl and Jill, the owners, were so kind and pleasant, making our experience even better. We'll definitely be coming back every time we're in the Adirondacks! Highly recommend this spot for anyone looking for a great meal in a welcoming setting.

Sandwiches are excellent! Very friendly staff. We showed up 7 minutes before close, and the one guy working was just as friendly as other years when we came at noon. All outside seating so come on a warm day or take it to go!

Roast beef panini was AMAZING. I almost asked for no tomatoes but I decided they knew best and went with the standard and it was a good choice. Fun breakfast spot for sure and very filling. See y'all next year!

I’ve been to the Caboose many times and have tried the entire menu, they’re all very good. Today I had the Cuban which was a special and it was the best panini I’ve ever had. I hope they make it a regular option or have more specials in the future.
