Just fantastic, the pizza (Hunter) was great and the beer was cold. The outside tables were really appreciated.

I ordered the Big Chicken Ranch sandwich. I expected a big piece of chicken. The chicken was smaller than the size of the bread. You can’t even see it in my picture. It tasted great, but false advertisement. Just call it a chicken sandwich. If you’re going to over charge for a sandwich because of the location, please be honest on your menu. Thank you ??

My wife ordered the lobster roll and it definitely did not look like a picture we saw of it. It was a shredded mess. As soon as she picked it up, the contents fell out of the mushy roll. Literally had two small chunks of lobster meat. The rest was all shredded to bits. I ordered wings and fries. The wings were the size as if they came off an ostrich not a chicken. Fries were soggy and luke warm at best. However, the mozzarella sticks were on point and my son enjoyed his chicken sandwich but his fries were the same as mine and my mother in law and wife both enjoyed the fried scallops. Yes my wife had to eat half of my mother in laws dinner because the lobster roll was not good. Our server did ask my wife if she wanted something else but she declined and we still had to pay full price for something she didn't eat.

Ordered white clam pizza, mozzarella sticks, fried scallops dinner, clam strip dinner, and a cedar plank cheeseburger. The pizza was just ok, if it had more clams it would have been great. The scallops were ok too. The burger was fantastic. The clams on the other hand were severely overcooked, dark brown and crispy. They were returned and I reordered steamed clams. After 30 minutes they arrived and were shriveled up and extremely salty. Again inedible. I spoke with the bartender at the outside window and she got the manager. He made excuses and stated that when he delivered the fried clams they looked overdone to him. I asked why he would’ve set them in front of a customer if he knew they weren’t right. He said “ well you never know.” He did take both orders off the check, (which is the right thing to do) and took 10%off the remainder of the check. The excuses were we were very busy, and it’s hard to make clams when we’re busy. It’s a pizza and clam shack. We keep returning hoping to get the experience we had our first time and now have been disappointed with the clams 4 out of 6 times. That will be our last visit for a while.

While away on vacation, and after a very busy day, I thought we would order out for food for the family. We placed the order online for pick up, and I am extremely disappointed with what we ended up with.

First, after placing the order there was no indication about how long it would take for the order to be ready for pick up. So I thought, while it is the busy vacationing season here, I would arrive at the Inlet location 25-30 minutes after placing the order. If there was a little extra time to wait, I would walk the local park a bit and then wander back in.

Upon arriving and giving the name for the order, it seemed like no one had any idea that the order was even placed. An older gentlemen finally took over, but then informed me that one of the items I ordered ran out of stock, but didn't show that online. My first question was, why didn't anyone call? I mean my phone number was associated with the order. Call me, so we can make a substitution and move on.

After settling that, he said the order should be ready in about 20 minutes. I smiled and said not a problem I will have a wander around the park, enjoy some of the sights of the lake and come back.

I came back in 20 minutes and the order was still not ready. I was left to wait there for another 25 minutes, but only when I asked for a third time what was going on with my order. Someone finally went back and checked, handed me the bags and I was on my way.

I shouldn't have done that. The less than 2 minute drive back to camp, I am starting to get things plated for my family and I notice the pizza was cold, and more than well done. (didn't ask for well done). The two grilled chicken sandwiches appeared to be haphazardly thrown together, but they were tasty. The onion rings that were ordered were soggy from sitting for two long but the flavor and dipping sauce were good. My wife's order of spicy shrimp was absolutely coated in just cayenne pepper. It was "hot" just to be hot, no other flavors. And they forgot the butter sauce that was asked for in the order as well.

We had ordered in the past and had an amazing experience, so this time it was disappointing, specifically the service. I feel as if my order was sitting back there ready for 15 of the minutes I was standing there waiting for it to come out. I am not sure if we will go back the next time we are vacation in the area.
