This wasn't our first time stopping in however it had been at least a year and it was also Easter Sunday. I called ahead and was told, "they were open till 5:30, full menu till 4 with small plates after that."We planned a couple stops prior, but had our hearts set on this being our last stop. We walked in and were greeted by a friendly and informative gentlemen who shared that they had small plates, recommended a place to sit and told us to order at the bar. It was just after 4pm. We were a party of four adults and a 9 month old and found a nice spot in the corner. If we were not greeted by this nice human, the "service" would have received one star instead of two.I gave the "atmosphere" a 3 bc we always love the view and the natural wood ambiance however today the metal chairs on the concrete floor were pretty tough to hear, especially with the little one present. Perhaps some felt pads on the chairs? We have close connections to Snow Farm Creamery so we were happy to see their Dream Street Gouda on the menu (and later their Fetish in the fridge). We ordered the $24 meat and cheese board, a Shrub and a local beer. I was in earshot of the bar where you order and took note that the female taking our order was giving my partner the bare min. as far as service went. We have both worked in the foodservice industry and feel that you shouldn't ever make someone feel bad for coming in when you are open...for any reason. After the board came out (which had a beautiful presentation) I noticed that my partner had forgotten the second baguette, so I asked him to go up and order it as we would need a second with four adults. He was told the kitchen was closed and a second baguette would not be available by both the young man and the female behind the bar. This is where the "service" really drops off for us. Yes, the kitchen is closed however you are being asked to warm up a baguette only mins after you gave us a meat and cheese board and some toasted cornbread. Following this, the female tells us that the bar is also closing so the second beer my partner thought he ordered was not available since she closed out his tab just now. We ended up sharing the one beer with 30 mins left till they technically closed. We left disappointed yesterday. We know the ciders are delicious, we enjoyed the views, the gift shop was lovely and the ambiance is always refreshing. This visit definitely dampened our last stop on our Easter outing and will have us thinking twice before our next visit.

I spent an afternoon at Finger Lakes Cider House and had wonderful time. As I walked in I was greeted by a lovely lady who made me feel welcomed and explained all the food and drink options for me. I sat outside and enjoyed the views of the cidery and nearby lake while enjoying a house flight of cider, warmed almonds, and olives. I don't typically like sweet drinks but this flight was exactly to my liking. The sweet ciders were not too sweet but instead had so much flavor. They all paired nicely with the salty almonds and olives. I wanted to purchase a bottle and the staff kindly recommended me a cider and even let me taste a sample before I made a commitment. I will definitely be back, I had the best experience.

The best handcrafted hard ciders! The items used for their ciders and food items are sustainable and locally sourced. They truly have the best selection of cider. From dry to sweet to bubbly or still. They have blends too. Their food items are always so yummy. Gotta have the cornbread! If you aren’t sure if you like cider, then try a flight!

My friends and I came here around 5pm on a Saturday for drinks and a midday meal. The inside is super cozy and has a very warm ambiance. I had the house flight. The Pioneer Pippin and the Honeoye were my favorites. We also shared the Field and Farm cheese and meat platter, which came with bread, cheese, cured meats, and a few jams/spreads. It was the perfect size for the three of us. Overall, I really liked the vibe here. Everything seemed very cohesive.

I'm so happy we stopped! This was out first stop on our honeymoon in the Finger Lakes. We will definitely be coming in a few more times before we go home.Atmosphere was great and staff was friendly. The prices are very reasonable considering the amount of work gets put into making the delicious cider and food. We really liked the "everything but the cow" cheese board. Good portion for 2 people and great variety in cheese. We will be getting a grilled cheese next time because everyone else there was getting one!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free and vegetarian optionsParking: Lots of roomWheelchair accessibility: Handicap ramp

Great place for a light Iunch for cider enthusiasts or anyone looking for a cozy and rustic fresh meal. Food was awesome, reasonable wait time for the business demand and the size of the kitchen. Cider selection is both unique and delicious. I had a flight and was impressed with the story behind each cider as well as the range of flavors. The seasonal grilled cheese and soup of the day were on point. The staff was friendly and helpful they even allow me to cut a few u- pick flowers for free since they were "past peak" in the frost had set on them already. Stunning views of the surrounding hills and lake round it all out. Take the trip, take the time, it's 100% worth it. You'll thank yourselfVegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian options
