“This little ceasers is the best in the Rochester area. Everytime I go there they always have stuff hot n ready to go. I’ve been to multiple others and never do they have stuff hot n ready to go like advertised and make you wait at close to a half hour for one item. The one on Lyle ave never has anything and when I said something as to why they don’t I was yelled at and told to leave if I don’t like it and their wait times were crazy and it has a drive thru so it makes no sense not to have things ready and at the same time there was no customers but still had no item hot n ready to go. Don’t go to Lyle ave location for it is thee worse service and expect to wait a long time to even get one pizza or any small item. The place should be closed down for how poorly they treat customers just because they are not doing what the company advertises which is not the customers fault so the customer has a right to complain especially since they never have anything hot n ready. I went there different times and each time it was the same result that I stopped going there. It get very little business due to that fact.“

“Food was good. Had wings and beef on weck. Service was not good. Sat at a booth in the bar area. This was a Saturday at 4pm. Not busy at all. Took 15 minutes for a waitress to even acknowledge us even though there was at least 3-4 that we saw wandering around. Definitely not as good as the original, but hoping they’ll work out some of the kinks.“

“Sals never disappoints. It was my introduction to Rochester almost 30 years ago, my regular Monday night stop while we lived here and a can’t miss when we visit. I’m partial to the Scottsville Rd location since it was always “mine”.
The chicken is delicious. Perfect as always. The sassy saucy is a delectable mix of spicy and sweet. And you can buy bottles of it so we can share even when at home in Taiwan! My favorite is the half chicken dinner with double Mac salad. When I’m craving home it usually starts by missing Mac salad!
My family likes the wings and wedges dinner but honestly, you can’t go wrong. An absolute treasure if Rochester!“

“Best thin crust pizza and buffalo wings. Jerry knows exactly how we like our pizza and wings and he always gets it right. Never disappoints. Always perfection! Eggplant sub or parm dinner is also excellent. Anything you order on menu is delicious. One of our favorite places to go.“

“We always take away so can’t comment in dine-in. The bone-in chicken is always fresh, crispy, and ready in a timely manner. Our favorites are the original, hot spicy sauce & spicy galbi. The boneless versions are ok, but can be quite dry. It would be better if they gave the option of having boneless thigh instead of having breast as default. Their sweet potato fries are tasty too“

“Nine of us, including 4 kids (ages 3-12) ate there on the outside patio on 5 August. Food was very good; very tasty and in large quantity. “Kid-friendliness: We came here for some quick lunch after playing at “ladybugs play” in the same plaza. It was my son’s 4th bday. They pushed their small tables together for our family, and put on a show of tossing the pizza dough when they noticed my son was watching. One gentleman offered my 2 kids free ice cream once they finished their lunch since it was Niko’s birthday. Not to mention how DELICIOUS the pizza was. I’ve never noticed the flavor of the sauce on my pizza before, but theirs was so good that it was noticeable to a casual pizza eater. We will certainly be back!“

“We are from Michigan & have not found one local chain pizza place that actually has 'flavor'! My son & I visited here last week & were so surprised at how good the pizza slices tasted! Tasted like high quality ingredients with lots of flavor! Reasonable prices. The young girl at the counter was so sweet & accommodating, while the young man who was the manager cooked the pizza to perfection! Both were very professional & welcoming. “I had a review show up on my page a while ago. I followed up by following their page on FB. Today I couldn't put it off any longer "A LARGE CHEESE PIZZA FOR $12.00" are you kidding me. typically I like to add some toppings when ordering a pizza but I wanted to see what the bare bones have to say and by the way when they say large they mean it. It reminded me of the way it used to be instead of the large size other shops typically offer today which don't come close. I went to pick it up and when I entered the shop it immediately presented a very nice "Vibe". There were several pizzas ready with a variety of toppings for purchase by the slice. The room smelled amazing. The environment is welcoming and clean. I spoke with the woman at the counter who may have been the owner and I meant to ask but was engaged with other questions since it was my first visit. The pizza was cooked perfectly and was so flavorful I truly did not miss having other toppings added, although I am anxious to try them with my next order. As a result, I ate more than I should have and had to force myself to stop. Still we all know how nice it is to have some leftover for later. If you have not tried them yet, don't hesitate. I also notice so many other great items on their menu. Oh well so much for my weight goals.“

“I have always loved Caraglios! I was very excited when I heard it was coming to Fairport and I have not been disappointed. Same great pizza (especially the country sweet chicken wing) and outstanding service! My family does the slice a day membership and we have gotten to know the people that work at the Fairport location. Everyone is so personable and thoughtful. “The love ordering the cajun fried wings with the country Sweet on them. If you order on the app they're buy one get one free 10 pieces wings and fries or you can get onion rings. The only thing is when you order the buy one get one free both orders them have to be exactly alike. Price $20. If you order a cheeseburger and fries on the app you could get it for a double cheeseburger for same price as a single . The store has two locations that I know of one on Hudson that's the one I order from. That one on chili“

“Perri’s is the best of the local places with the local-style pizza with that brilliant crispy cup pepperoni. The ingredients are quality and it’s reflected in the flavor and the mouth feel. Service has always been good. Ambiance? Cmon, it’s a pizza place. Unless I want a Chicago deep dish, Perri’s is always my spot.“

I was a little nervous as I was trying to organize from Virginia and didn’t know the park or Tony’s (a Rochester relative had recommended him). Anyway Tony’s staff were so helpful when I was trying to figure out what to order, and the delicious hot food showed up in the park right on time as per our arrangement. I walked into his location with a 4 hour window to order pizza for a family that lost a loved one suddenly. Jerry was empathetic and patient. “I went to Pontillo’s today for the first time after seeing the ads on Facebook. The pizza looked delicious on FB, the real thing did not disappoint. It was delicious. I will definitely be back, and I’ll try the thin crust.“

“Grabbed a sheet pizza, top quality ingredients hit the spot, this place is unique, nobody else makes pizza like this around here. Cup and char pepperoni had a nice touch of spicyness to it, generous toppings. Chicken fingers were also really good. Not your usual buffalo sauce, I really enjoyed it.“

“Never any complaints about this place till yesterday. Ordered a combo Large pizza with pepperoni and 24 wings well done with mild sauce plus an additional 12 wings plain. Got the pizza right but got 24 wings country sweet and 12 wings hot. Called right away and talked to manager. He realized the mistake and said they would send out the right wings since no one wanted the wrong ones. 35-40 minutes later they brought the wings. Still wrong. 24 wings in one box and 24 in the other both boxes with sauce. So the order of plain never happened which meant the family members who wanted plain went without. Plus they weren’t well done, kind of rubbery. I didn’t bother to call again. Really disappointed. I have all these wings now that won’t get eaten. I’ll give them another chance though. Normally they’re really good about orders. We’ll see what happens.“

He'll treat you like you are his best friend. You have the options of darts, quick draw and tons of tv's to watch your favorite sports. It's always a great time when you are there!
