Just had my son's 18th birthday/graduation party and it was the BEST party thanks to the wonderful and attentive staff at Hudson Prime. They were there for all my guest's needs. The food was OUTSTANDING as well, my favorite was their charbroiled oysters. I would most definitely recommend Hudson Prime for all your dining and party needs ... ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I ate here with my friend for his birthday. He loves porterhouse so we ordered that for two, creamed spinach, truffle mashed, and thick bacon. The bacon was the lone hit. Very good and I’m not a bacon person. The porterhouse lacked seasoning, salt. It was just too bland. The steak itself is very good quality and cooked right. They just don’t season it. I had to add salt. A lot. The butter flavor was also not robust and that typical steakhouse taste. It was just off. The creamed spinach had potential but it wasn’t hot. Same for the mashed potatoes. Also the truffle mashed were kind of bland as well. The creamed spinach had parm on top which I liked a lot. Too bad it wasn’t hot. Service and atmosphere was excellent. But food needs some work. My friend felt the same way as me about everything and he’s a big steakhouse guy (frequents Wolfgang’s).

From the moment we walked in, the ambiance took our breath away—elegant, inviting, and beautifully designed with just the right balance of warmth and sophistication. The service was equally impressive; the staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely welcoming, adding a personal touch to the entire dining experience.
We started with a selection of seafood appetizers that were nothing short of outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and perfectly presented. The seafood entrées continued to impress, with each dish highlighting the natural flavors and quality of the ingredients.
While everything was nearly flawless, the steak was the one small miss of the evening. It was cooked to perfection, but unfortunately lacked the depth of seasoning we had hoped for. Still, it didn’t detract much from an otherwise exceptional meal.
Overall, this place delivers an incredible dining experience. We’ll definitely be returning.

Hudson Prime Steakhouse is hands down one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in Westchester. We shared the 32oz Tomahawk steak, cooked perfectly medium rare, juicy, tender, and packed with flavor.
To start, the crispy calamari was light and well seasoned. Our sides, mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts — were rich, buttery, and balanced. I had the El Camino cocktail (Blanco tequila, Aperol, lemon, thyme simple syrup, and pomegranate juice), and my date had the Sunflower, both were crafted with care and flavor.
But the highlight? Their espresso martini. It’s layered in four colors with a unique coconut twist, easily the best I’ve ever had. We paired it with their cheesecake for dessert, and it wrapped up the night perfectly.
The ambiance is upscale and intimate, and the service was excellent, attentive but never overbearing. Highly recommend for special occasions or a high end night out.

We went to Happy Hour and were very impressed with the quality of the food and drinks, as well as the attentive service and beautiful ambience! It was our first visit to the restaurant; and Alex, the gracious bartender, made us feel most welcome! We will be back!!

Awesome!! Pan seared scallops were delicious but the prime 🍔 was the best I ever tasted! Hands down! Served with my favorite-steak fries. 🍔Melted in your mouth. Hella juicy and tender. Great atmosphere and hella awesome food! Coming back for sure. Best staff around.

We hosted a family party here this weekend, and it was absolutely perfect. The restaurant is beautifully decorated for the holidays. We had the wine cellar all to ourselves, which made our night even more special. They even allowed us to play our own playlist. Gino and Ari went above and beyond to accommodate every detail, from the initial planning to placing the candles in the cake. The food was outstanding, and the service was impeccable. I can’t say enough good things about our experience. They truly made our special day unforgettable. I highly recommend this restaurant, whether you’re planning a dinner for two or a gathering of twenty.
