Just had my son's 18th birthday/graduation party and it was the BEST party thanks to the wonderful and attentive staff at Hudson Prime. They were there for all my guest's needs. I ate here with my friend for his birthday. He loves porterhouse so we ordered that for two, creamed spinach, truffle mashed, and thick bacon. The bacon was the lone hit. Very good and I’m not a bacon person. The porterhouse lacked seasoning, salt. It was just too bland. The steak itself is very good quality and cooked right. They just don’t season it. I had to add salt. A lot. The butter flavor was also not robust and that typical steakhouse taste. It was just off.
