Been here twice and both times we've sat at the bar. Our bartender/server was great. His wine and food recommendations are on point. I highly recommend the carbonara if you're a fan because it's the 2nd best one I've had outside Italy. Their fried artichoke hearts were amazing for an appetizer as well.

Wow! I was not expecting such good food, drink or desert. The wine was EXCELLENT (and I’m picky and know my wines), the pasta was…wow! And the tiramisu was good enough to write home about! I’m definitely coming back! Oh, and the service was stellar (not a common thing nowadays!!). We came here on a Monday - the half price wine but was a super deal. The wines are well chosen - we got the Gavi and it was delicious!!! Excellent place to dine!

An excellent Italian restaurant in the heart of Irvington, New York. The staff was friendly, attentive and made sure everything was to our satisfaction. The food was delicious and I can highly recommend the ravioli and mama's meatballs were some of the best I've ever had. The tartufo was a wonderful way to finish off the meal and the chef even found a way to include a candle, in a strawberry, to celebrate my mother's 85th birthday. The only complaint I have is that it got a bit noisy as the restaurant filled up. An unfortunate side effect of being such a popular spot. Thanks for a great meal and singing happy birthday to my mother.

I have been to Mima a few times now. Never disappointed. Food, service, are always top notch.
Top food stop & service BUT on a thursday evening at dinner time it was like dining in a kindergarten cafeteria. More than a dozen kids doing what unsupervised kids do. Too expensive for that experience will not go back.
