Our server Aldi was great! Very knowledgeable and gave great recommendations. The food was delicious and the atmosphere was great upstairs. Downstairs seemed a little cramped and the design wasn’t as nice, when we return we’ll definitely reserve an upstairs spot!

Absolutely love Sambal!! Found Sambal last minute after touring Sleepy Hollow and had no issue getting a table right away!! The food is excellent! We had a few different dishes and they were all phenomenal. Not to mention the ambience and the views of the Hudson!! Sambal exceeded our expectations and i would highly recommend!!!
