Ordered a steak and pinto bean quesidilla. I did not receive steak, I received a bean quesidilla----no sour cream, no salsa for the chips. It was as if they were busy. Never again.

DUDE.......VERY GOOD. Wings, black bean soup best ever had....burritos are full of fresh delicious ingredients. Chopped salads are the best around!

I am shocked at the way they treated us when we ordered take out. We ordered multiple things and they forgot one of our items. We called back to ask about it and the man on the phone claimed we never ordered it and we're lying.If they made the mistake of missing it we wouldn't have been bothered, but he rudely yelled at us saying it's not their fault.When we totaled our order it adds up to the missing item, and they said the prices on the websites aren't all up to date and there is a credit card fee. Since we didn't receive a receipt we had no way of verifying it.Overall terrible customer service and they just lost a customer.

This place is wild. I came to island park to visit my girlfriend’s family for thanksgiving and just wanted a nice Friday meal.Ordered a burger and it didn’t come with the order and when we called to talk to them about the mistake I was blatantly told “you didn’t order this”. Since they didn’t give us a receipt we couldn’t verify anything but our entire house was there for the order.Then after they dropped off the burger later the delivery man sent a threatening text to me claiming we didn’t pay for it. All in all just a terrible experience. Also the food is mediocre at best and rivals that of chewed up Taco Bell.

Slow service, political drawn pictures on the wall. Christmas decorations still up.. place is a mess.

My wife just picked up an order about 10 minutes ago and half of the order was left out. My wife saw Juan the owner of the store and we have been ptrons since they have been in business. I called the store & the guy "Larry" said that He would not deliver the items that were left out after my wife drove there for 20 minutes in each direction. He was absolutely rude, nasty, cursed usinmg the F WORD and we will never ever patronize this business ever again. I will also dispute this with AMEX for a complete refund. I am not quite sure how this person is even working at this location but they are also opening a closer location and we were looking forward to visiting the new location but not any more.
