Got soup, a sandwich, and ate at their tables. Was picking up my trash to go when I saw two roaches run from one of the other booths towards me. They don’t clean the tables after people eat at them so the trash that’s left over just sits there, obviously attracting roaches.

This is a review of only the island park location. Other locations are generally good to great. Consistently lukewarm coffee, never have cinnamon or teas out like every other location, mobile orders rarely ready by promised time. Something off here...

I can see why this place has a 3 star review. The food is normal, but the staff is HORRIBLE! Can I eat without you rushing my ass out the door? The place is crusty and not clean. Oh and don't make a single wrong move or they'll bring a whole ass Panera firing squad on you. I wouldn't recommend eating here unless you dream of being in an insane asylum. Pick up your act staff.

This is the second time I visited this Panera.The staff is very friendly and helpful.The food is hot and fresh . The place is immaculately clean. Definitely 5 star worthy.

Today I am giving panara 0 stars. The coffee that was delivered to me today was disgusting. The milk was sour and for $11 which is what it cost to deliver a coffee across the street.. I expect it to be fresh. I am a nurse and did not have the time to go pick it up myself.. Never again.. I am switching to a different coffee establishment.

I did not pay $25 for a cold sandwich and to watch her play around behind the counter. After I said something to her you already know I got to listen to her smart mouth?

Terrible! Messed up my order went home to find out it was all wrong. Went back to get my original order, go home to eat it and a long black hair was in my sandwich. Disgusting and very unprofessional I should be refunded for my meal.
