I have never experience such terrible and in the end rude service compared to what I had here. I have been here before, in fact just earlier in the week and I had a nice time. This time though it was just absolutely awful. We spoke to a manager about everything that went wrong with our visit and instead of taking our concerns seriously he went over to the waitress and talked about us with her. Then she came back with the bill and made very rude, facetious remarks about our complaints. I was actually appalled by that.I understand places get busy but I’ve never had to do so much work myselfOur orders were taken and then we never the waitress again until our food came out wrong. After waiting 30 min now we had to wait another 20. Finally the right food arrived and we asked for dipping sauces, napkins and bowls. 20 minutes later we finally got the dipping sauces but had already finished the food and when we told the waitress we no longer needed it she said she was very busy and did not have enough help , the bowls and napkins never came.I had to go to various empty tables for extra napkins at least 5 times.I had to go to the bar myself multiple times just to refill our waters 3 times(however the dogs at the table behind were given fresh water).We did get offered more water when the bill was brought over.The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting.Definitely, will never return.

Good food and drinks option. Service is okay but great atmosphere.

The place was large, there were different areas set up to offer a variety of beach/ seaside dining atmospheres. Hosts and Serving Staff were very friendly / approachable. The drinks were tasty ?. The food was enjoyable. My friends and I had a terrific experience and will return.

Pops is a fun place to visit. The service was great and the food was very good. Went there with my daughter and her family and we all had a very nice time. I would suggest that they tone the music down a little but other then that - no complaints.

Do not waste your time and money in this place. The beach theme decoration is nice, but it is extremely overpriced and the food we tried was blant, no flavor at all. I paid almost 17 dollars for a Jack and Coke that was flat and tasted like cough syrup. When my wife mentioned to the waitress she said that she will replaced it and we waited but it never happened. They don't really care of the service they provide since they already include 20% tip for the "service" in the check without notice. Go to Peter's clam house for real fried seafood and great drinks!

Hi. I haven't eaten here yet but the drinks are delightful. The atmosphere is peaceful and the music keeps you snapping your fingers and maybe a dance or two. The crowd can become a bit immature and loud and that's when you can leave. The younger crowd can get drunk and stupid. The older adults are laid back and relaxed. Enjoying their meal drinks and company. Loving the space and decor. However again the 21 to 30 crowd can become a headache. They can even trash the place. Become very sloppy and leave trash all around. This place has sand and they should clean every night but they don't. Once or twice a year is enough for me. I want to support this place but it is starting to become a bit tacky because of the younger crowd and the place being dirty at times. They need new tables and cushions. Cushions should be a yearly thing. They buy the cheap ones from ikea so it seems. Why not purchase a few new ones. To keep up the decor? Even some flowers would be nice. Rack the sand from spit, cigarette buds, napkins. Utensils etc. Wash the deck down. Matter of fact stain it with some new paint! Also the DJ SHOULD START ON THURSDAYS AND ALSO START AT 6PM NOT 8PM

The place has a great vibe and it is a wonderful place to spend an evening with friends. With that, the food was not good and I was surprised on how they were able to kill a fish sandwich. The drinks are not bad, but very light on the alcohol. Best to stick with having beers. In summary, go there to hang out, have a good time, and skip the food.

Love coming here in the summer!! You feel like you are away on vacation for the evening. The cabanas are great you can reserve one if you have 10-12 people. The food is ok nothing special its more to hangouts and have a drink or two.

It's definitely touristy and kitschy. As for being a "waterfront" restaurant, Yes it's on the water but there are no real views and the feel is that of an over priced, drinking hole. The menu is very limited and VERY PRICY. Yes seafood is expensive but a blackened Mahi sandwich no bigger than McD's for nearly 30 bucks is a bit ridiculous. Service was average at best. Dinner was 90 minutes long and we saw our server twice. The food runners and busboys are great, saw them a dozen times and they got us everything the waitress forgot. Lol. Go once, for the experience but after that there are 20 other waterfront restaurants within 10 miles that are 10x better.

Atmosphere is great. Service and food was lacking. Had a party of 9 and at first it seemed good, but our server practically disappeared. We were waiting close to 20-30 minutes for our food, drinks, boxes, check, etc. We noticed that other tables, especially with larger parties, had their waitress check in with them really consistently. I am totally supportive of gratuity included in the bill especially with larger groups, but in our case over $100 tip was not deserved for the service we received. We’ve been here before and were quite disappointed. Food is extremely pricey for the quality that is given. I don’t think we’ll be coming back.

Great outside and inside ambience with fast and friendly service. A good spot for lunch/before dinner. Waiting to see the live band line up for the summer!

We enjoyed the vibe it such a beautiful place ?The drinks you get right away..however, if you go without a reservation ? prepare yourself for a long dosage of patience.
