Went last night for dinner with the kids. I was unaware that it's under new management. The food was seriously delicious. The service was awesome, the hibachi chef Ken was fantastic!!! He had great energy & tons of tricks & flair!!! The kids LOVED it, and so did the grown-ups! So entertaining, great cocktails, had an excellent time. So much fun! Cannot wait to go back!

We are regulars at Shogun for family parties (birthdays, etc). They accommodated out time of 3:45, was attentive to serving us what we wanted; good service. The Hibachi chef was awesome, he definitely entertained our 1/2 dozen family members with a great show. Food was really good, fresh plentiful and tasty. There was a bit of sticker shock when the bill came though, but the show was worth it.

Food and drinks were fine... But the environment was unfortunately one of the worst experiences I've ever had. I was seated in the middle of teenagers running around yelling, and pushing the seat I was in since we were sandwiched between them. They all looked 15 and were drinking alcohol. Some kid's snapchat/phone was hooked up to the TV. At points explicit pictures were shown of probably underage girls. I couldn't even have a conversation with my friends with all the chaos going on. I paid a 17$ service charge for this ridiculousness. Both bathrooms were clogged with the toilets full of TP and unusable. On top of that we needed to go out of our way to ask for utensils etc. Plus, if you pay with card there's a 9$ service charge on top. Will not be dining here again.

The food didn't taste fresh, most likely frozen, I had shrimp with veggies, and the sauce was too salty- the staff was polite, but the place was empty, and the decor was old too- wouldn't run back there anytime soon-
William was amazing. "Sake William" prepared a delicious meal and preformed an amazing show for us. Our drinks were a little delayed but William definitely took care of that for us. We will be back again, 100%.
I totally did not expect this place to be this nice inside and big to what it looks like outside. Very good service and food. The restaurant was busy but we were able to get a table less than 10min for a family of 4, at a hibachi spot where they cook in front of you. Free parking lot available but the spots are very small.
