This is the best run drive thru (& restaurant too)! Pleasant workers who do their jobs well& order is always perfect. Sometimes we eat in. The manager is awesome. She takes pride in her food& her place.... she has taught those pleasantries to her staff. So much nicer than typical fast food service.....
Dietary restrictions: Salads are made to order... I left out the pecans& blue cheese because I'm watching calories. Lots of chicken cranberries apples etc. Burgers are better quality than others & can be customized to be healthier

Ok so how can I convey how bad the total experience was top to bottom....Well waited 20 plus minutes in the drive-through and the food was colder then a Alaskan winter and very simply awful . This location is not what I have come to expect from the brand itself.
The thing that I think is the biggest problem and is startling clear from all the reviews that you are dealing with a owner and management staff that care to do nothing to address the problems with this establishment.
How the franchise itself does not have corrective measures in place to fix the multiple issues with this location as it is obviously damaging the Wendy brand is incomprehensible.
I will never go to this place again at that should be simply enough for the owner to get involved and correct all the issues with his investment and business cause it's that bad
