I ordered a Matcha and it was mostly foam very little drink. I’ve had it at other Dunkin’ Donuts and didn’t have that problem

This Dunkin is super dirty, the staff are young people that were loud and obnoxious. They were slow and literally laughing at nothing. SMH. What happened to professionalism at a big name store?

I got a pistachio iced latte with almond milk and it was so bad I couldn’t even drink it. It tasted like water mixed with coffee.

I went to use the bathroom and was disgusted by what I saw. Flashing smoke alarm on top of toilet tank. Toilet paper rolls all on floor. And what was inside the bowl was shocking.

Maybe because I work in healthcare and COVID is on the rise but I had to throw out my drink after staff coughed on it. Customer service was below average. I worked at Dunkin right after high school and service down the drain now. Need more training for staff on how to handle customer food. For example staff finger touching the wrip cream while adding it in my coffee! Trash!! I didn't even want a new one. Disgusted
My favorite DD…. I love my iced coffee and refreshers for my son. Thank you for all you do….

The staff in the morning when I go for my breakfast croissant are courteous and efficient . The problem is my request for well done bacon which tends to take 3 tries before its not some rubbery undercooked thing on my sandwich.
