Drove an hour away to get this Panera their website says closed at 9:30. We arrived at 8:45 to nothing but a sad and depressing ghost town. We walked from the back of the parking lot In the pouring rain just find the doors were locked. Please update your website. It is so misleading and I am now having to go to bed hungry. All I wanted was some broccoli cheddar soup :(

This location claims Panera no longer takes bills over $20 because of counterfeit issues .They refused a $50 bill on $29.07 order at 8:12 pm and I had exact coins.The manager instructed me to get change from Chipotle next door 🤣 Google says its a store specific policy.

I'm a member of the Sip Club which is great. However in this location they refused to brew light roast coffee which they were out of. This is the only Panera that has done this. It wasn't even that late, 7pm. Unacceptable.

I'm a Panera fan but this is a new place with a new design. It looks beautiful: high gloss floor, more open in look and feel, attractive fixtures. On the other, there were two things I didn't like. 1. The acoustics are horrendous, every sound or voice resonates so you can't even think. 2.The Italian beef new sandwich I had was delicious but extremely skimpy in its contents and overpriced.

I had trouble putting in an order using the Panera APP the manager Chris helped me put the order in. It defaulted to the original item without modifications, but it was not his fault. He was super helpful. The whole staff seems very nice and helpful as well. He just wanted to make it right!

Brand new Panera, it has a large clean bright dining room. Food is similar to all Panera, basic sandwiches, sold for way too much money.
Worst experience ever. The manager takes someone's order and tells me he will be right back but instead makes me wait 20 minutes to order my food and still get it incorrect. I won't return

I always liked Panera & I still do. However, they missed the mark on the Italian baguette sandwich. One big oily mess when I got home. Every bite i took of the sandwich, I used a napkin to clean the oil of my fingers. The paper (2 sheets) it was wrapped in was saturated with oil. Most other places put the meats & cheeses on the bread, grill it and then add the fixings and spreads. They made the complete sandwich & then grilled it. The lettuce was cooked, the aioli & dressing turned into an oil slick. A Horrible sandwich. Like I said I've enjoyed almost all my visits to various Panera's, this was the first major let down.
