Decided to order some coffee. Got a Venti Frappuccino and got less than my co-worker who ordered a Tall size lol... and this is after some of the whip cream has melted in. Also, no straw included with my order, luckily I had my own or else I would've had to drink this Frappuccino like a barbarian.
Starbucks... Do better. Charging more for less is not the way.

The baristas are very rude to the Uber drivers, as I was waiting for my order multiple orders went by before they even bothered with this lady who was pregnant and clearly doing Uber to get by. As I sat I saw how everyone was helped but her, if you don’t want to deal with Uber drivers do not offer the service. Now I know why my order takes forever.

This is my absolute favorite Starbucks on Long Island! The baristas are so kind, and always make your drink perfectly. If they don’t they will remake it no issues! They always have their drinks and treats in stock. I love coming around the drive thru a few times a week to be greeted immediately by Gia with a “Hi Tori!” That always puts a smile on my face. These baristas are hard working and deserve all the praise! Thank you for being so kind to me and always making my experience no less than perfect.
Of all the Starbucks across the country I've visited, this is one of my favorites. This team clearly cares about each other and their customers; it's apparent in the way they help each other to produce customers orders efficiently. I like to sit inside to enjoy my drink and listen to the friendly chatter and see the smiling faces. Keep up the excellence!

horrible experience. blonde worker in black apron messed up our drink and i asked for her to kindly remake it and she said “no i have other drinks to make”. extremely rude as we waited 15 minutes for horrible quality.

Horrible service! I have been coming here for a month now and have been noticing that these guys give you significantly less coffee or any drink that you order. This is what the quantity of latte looks like and from past 3 times I have been getting less quantity than usual. No other Starbucks in the vicinity does this. It's only this store. I am not coming here again. Worst Starbucks. You charge me 7 bucks for a latte and can't even fill it up properly?! Such a scam. Note to the management - do not treat your customers in such a way that they stop coming to your stores.

When the women are working the drinks come out how advertised, but the guys don't care or know what they doing. I get the same thing everytime and this carmel ribbon crunch just taste like they was mixing stuff.

This used to be a good store, but now all the new workers the new managers they are the worst in the world they have no consideration for any of their customers they don't care if you walk in the door and they act like they're too busy. They should get rid of everybody that works in the store and hire all new people including getting litter to manage. They have been going downhill every day more and more.
