This is the only Starbucks on my route to work, so I come often. Unfortunately, my orders are incorrect frequently. Whether ordering through the app, in person, or at the drive-through. Even when I note “no oat milk” due to an allergy, it’s still added, and hot/iced orders are frequently mixed up.
This has become a consistent issue, and when I’ve raised it politely, the response has sometimes felt dismissive or annoyed. I should be able to receive what I order—especially when allergies are involved—and not feel uncomfortable bringing up mistakes.
I hope management addresses the issue!

I got a chai tea late and I asked for a remake for light ice and a different type of milk she ignored my request and just removed ice and and added more whole milk , very unprofessional and unpleasant with the customer service

Would leave half star if I could. This place is filthy and I found mold on my banana loaf. The green tea tasted stale and not fresh. Would not recommend in the name of public safety.

I’ve been coming to this store almost everyday for a long time. The manager , Shannon runs a great store. What I like most about the store is the friendliness of the staff. They are all very nice. But a special shout out is necessary for Safia. She is the best! Always hustling. Engaging with all of the customers. Slow or busy, she always finds time for a smile and a chat. Greta job by the team there.

I’ve gone to this Starbucks many times because it is close to my house. I understand it’s not an easy job, but by far the worst Starbucks I’ve gone to, and every time it gets worse and worse. Today the driver thru lady wanted to rush my order, mind you, there were no other cars behind me waiting, she rushed my order and was only placing 2 drinks when I was ordering 3. When I receive my drinks they were all watery as if they’ve been prepared and ready awhile ago. I’m waiting on the other Starbucks to open in the islandia Walmart center yo never come back to this one, hopefully their service is better.

It’s very busy here but the staff is always great! Today my drink was messed up I went inside and one of the girls took care of me immediately. Love this Starbucks !
Idk what happened but there is sprinkled matcha on the top and stuck to the sides and idk if the person who made this knows but you can’t do that because it turns into bitter goo that sticks to your mouth. Have you heard of tea? Do you crush up leaves and use it as a garnish? Am i living pre-song dynasty? Tbh im hysterically laughing rn. But apparently a strict dress code is more important than knowing what green tea is

Amazing service, they take the time to craft beautiful tasting drinks and also a pup cup for my cat Josephina… I have social anxiety and their vibe and friendly approach is so helpful to me. I also brought my cockatiels into the store and they loved them. 10/10 🩷
