I live around the corner so this is the closest Starbucks I would go to and I love the fact that it had a driveway. I have gone there a few times in the last week and a half and each time I’m waiting at least five to 10 minutes five minutes to order 10 minutes to get my order and no apologies. They’re acting like it’s just whatever listen I understand that it may be busy but a simple conversation and customer service goes a long way. I even went to order a Water prior to ordering my actual water and I was told you have to order something. You can’t just get order first of all, you didn’t even let me finish my conversation or my statement before you assumed that came here for some tapwater. I don’t know. I’ll go out my way to go to a different Starbucks because even when I leave on time, I’m still late dealing with the Starbucks and you would think that you would want coffee to start your day. I’m just irritated at this point and normally I don’t even do reviews, but something has to be said.

My husband and I sat in store for about two hours to try getting work done on 10/18 around 6pm. The employees, June and Belle, were extremely unprofessional. The entire time we were in store (other customers present as well) they were screaming back and forth, making obnoxious noises, and mocking customers. We often work at different Starbucks locations and would not recommend visiting this location.

I went through drive thru and ordered my order the drinks were amazing The only thing that I didn’t like was the girl who attended in the drive thru she didn’t have no name tag on her or nothing but she came up with an attitude I offered the change I had to pay the exact amount and she made a ugly face and like smiled starting to laugh so I told her to leave it like that ……. I usually buy at this location and I’ve never had a bad experience at this location …. I’ve worked with drive thru and I never attended no customer in that particular way ….
