Came and bought a cake on Sunday night between 6-7 for my son, was originally 40 something but was charged 11 extra dollars at the register because of the decoration on the cake. Went home with the cake and cut the cake, there was plastic inside the cake, had to throw out the cake. First time going there btw, no one answers the phone when I called.

I have been too many Dunkin Donuts and most of the items generally taste similar to other stores, so I'm doing this review based solely on customer service. The staff on duty were Jay lllCiara l and they were super friendly, very professional and they went above and beyond. In between ringing orders they made sure the store was immaculate and never once showed a negative attitude. They are an asset to your company and hopefully you recognize it.

This is the only dunkin donuts where I feel like I'm bothering the staff when I order. The night crew packs up an hour early. Then looks at you crazy for showing up an hour before closing for food.

On my daughter's birthday, I ordered a cake from this Dunkin'. I was excited to pick it up, but when I arrived, the owner was rude and dismissive. She rang me up for the cake without saying anything, and when I said thank you and have a good day, she didn't respond.This was incredibly disappointing, especially since it was my daughter's special day.
