The staff seems understaffed, with only one person at the register, and technical issues like the non-functional touch screen machine and card reader can be frustrating. However, the recent addition of a friendly and respectful security guard named Fernando has been a positive change. He has made the dining experience more pleasant and enjoyable for customers, especially the teens. It is hoped that there will be more security personnel like Fernando present to maintain order and enhance the overall dining experience.
