McDonald's at this location can be a hit or miss. The atmosphere is liked by some. The staff seems understaffed. Technical issues like the non-functional touch screen machine and card reader can be frustrating. However, the recent addition of a friendly and respectful security guard has been a positive change. They look good as in service but the lack in coupons once customers go over there with McDonald's coupons they act like they do not accept that. It's a McDonald's not the healthiest or finest option but does the job. Best thing are the fries. Bring back the McRib!!! Customers do not like all the juggling it takes to place an order between scanning the app, juggling wallets and then being handed a cup to self serve drinks along with a bulky table number, it's just too inconvenient to dine in.
