The restaurant can be noisy and crowded during peak hours, but it is typically clean. A nice older white lady offered apologies and a free cookie when fries were missing. Some customers find missing items, like a side of bun or chicken nuggets, ridiculous and a waste of money. Unexpected management and a manager wearing a uniform who acted like he could have been a little bit just, lied about barbecue sauce, and charged for extra barbecue sauce, were noted.
