“I’d like to say and point out a server/bartender that works here at this Applebee’s in Brentwood. Each and every time I come here this employee consistently gives me and other customers I’ve seen dine here some of the best service and attitude imaginable. I don’t know what his secret is, but I love coming through those doors and seeing that his big built body is on the clock. Every other server/bartender I’ve had has been great, but then here comes Diego taking it to another level.

Especially the positive attitude that I see him giving his coworkers as well. Lord forgive me, but I would love to be working with this man because it’s one thing to be kind and respectful to your customers, but another to be that same way with your coworkers. Especially with the two hostesses that I usually see when I come in on the weekends, the curly-haired boy with the glasses and the nice girl with the curly hair. They’re always so welcoming, and Diego fits right in with them.

The vibe inside was great, we were there for about 30 min - loved that they were running World Cup highlights on tv with some background music. “Stopped by Ends Meat Eats on a cold day, and man — this place hit the spot! I ordered the lobster burger and pulled pork tots with Dr Pepper BBQ sauce, and both were absolutely phenomenal. The lobster burger was buttery, perfectly seasoned, and loaded with flavor — you could tell it was made fresh and with care. The pulled pork tots? Unreal. Was in the area and got a crave attack when passing by this place (to get to - ironically - my cardiologist appointment). Went back, went in. Nice clean interior. The shrimp and clam on the menu looked like new options. I stuck to combo 1. Got some orange cream soda from the Coke machine to complete the ride on nostalgia. Ate at the spot before heading back to the daily grind.

“Last Wednesday I was at Davis vision works and we walk to the restaurant for lunch whem we get the we were standing up for almost 15 minutes waiting for someone to give us a table. finally whem someone come to us and without asking if we need a table rigth away he say is was 15 mint wait, me while the restaurant wasn't even packed it was a lot of table empty and even like that he was going to make us to wait more. really bad service and rude attention. we have money to pay it wasn't like we were asking for a free table. people are really racist at this place. “The food was just OK. The price of the little burgers is crazy expensive. The chicken rings are normally pretty good, this time they lacked flavor. Service was so, so, couldn't hear the person taking our order, so had no repour when she did interact with us, didn't even ask if we wanted sauces. For a bag of cheese burgers 10 baby burgers, and a bag of chicken rings and a small fish nuggets was like $30. Never see anyone in the restaurant. The night we went there was only 1 car in line.“
