"Flavorful...and what a crust!"We recently enjoyed the Arrabiata (bottom), Margherita (top L) and Fresca (top R). Each is a generous size for one. All were great in their own way. The Fresca was our favorite, with fresh pesto vibing great with the arugula. The Marg was sweeter and vibrant. The Arrab may not be to everyone's taste: it's spicy and bitter (Italian parsley and capers), but again, fresh ingredients make it delicious.Others have commented on the crust. This is a more Sicilian, focaccia-like crust than it is a NY crust, which would be flat and crispy. You can tell Adelina's really pays attention to this foundational element because 1) it's airy, crispy and soft, while maintaining a slightly chewy texture; and 2) they have a manifesto about it on the menu. We'd gladly jump into more Adelina's next time we're at the Argo!

Wow! Finally some really authentic amazing pizza in Ithaca. Growing up downstate all I know is good pizza. Adelina's is a gem amongst so much garbage food in ithaca. My only complaint is that I didn't find out about this place sooner. The owner is incredibly nice and you can tell he really cares about his craft. The dough is perfect, fresh handmade ingredients, just really really good. We discovered this place at the Art market a few months ago and we had to go back to the truck in Collegetown to try a pizza fresh out of the oven. It did not disappoint. From now on I'm getting two pies, one for me and one for my wife! No more Sharing it's just so good!

Adelina's pizza is amazing!! The crust is perfection - crispy, chewy, subtly sourdough. The vegan cheese is delicious, flavorful, and a good texture. Each pie was sprinkled with the perfect amount of fresh toppings. We tried the arrabbiata & margherita pies, both vegan-ized, both excellent. Toby - the chef - was super friendly too. Be adventurous and travel down to the crazy construction zone that is College Ave... it'll be well worth your while! The truck is located just a couple steps up the hill from Greenstar. Note: Everything is vegetarian and can be made vegan!!
